Sep 07, 2010 — DALLAS, TEXAS, USA (SUN) — Rama Das Brahmacari, in his article, “The Answer to India’s Problems?” raises a series of questions:
Question 1: So how is he different from the ISKCON that he is fighting against??
Answer: The simple answer is, judge by the results as listed below for ISKCON vs. ISKCON Bangalore.
ISKCON has the following Record of Destruction:
(1) More than 90% of Srila Prabhupada’s disciples were driven away or left discouraged.
(2) Thousands of disciples of self-proclaimed and rubber-stamped gurus came and have gone away.
(3) BTG distribution has gone down from ONE MILLION a MONTH in 1975 to almost nothing now.
(4) Distribution of Books, Prasadam, and Hari Nama have come to a near halt.
(5) Temples in North America, Western Europe, Australia, Latin America, and Africa have become empty or have disappeared.
(6) Child Protection Office had a list of more than 200 abusers/molesters and more than 1,000 abused/molested children, but not much has been done to abusers.
(7) More than half a dozen murders.
ISKCON Bangalore has following Record of Construction:
(1) Largest Distributor of Srila Prabhupada’s Books in the world.
(2) Largest Distributor of Prasadam in the world – to more than 1.2 Million school children daily.
(3) Established more than 15 temples in a decade.
Question 2: A full belly and a Government education is the answer to India’s problems?
Answer: No, it is not. Distribution of Harinama, Prasadam, and Books to change consciousness of masses is the solution. So judge ISKCON Bangalore by the above listed record.
Question 3: What about making a public statement that glorifies Srila Prabhupada and Vedic education?
Answer: Distribution of Prasadam and Books by ISKCON Bangalore is making Srila Prabhupada most famous and respected in India.
Comment: “To me, this Madhu Pandit is building his own empire and his own ISKCON, and he is using Srila Prabhupada’s and ISKCON’s name to do it.
Reply: Corrupt ISKCON leaders have brought tremendous disrepute to the name and fame of Srila Prabhupada and ISKCON on all continents. I am here in Dallas, Texas, USA and people are not taking Srila Prabhupada’s books even when I give them free? ISKCON Bangalore is rebuilding the reputation of Srila Prabhupada and ISKCON.
Question 4: Why do we always have to corrupt everything and ruin Srila Prabhupada’s mission????
Answer: When you read Akshaya Patra related material keep in mind that we are dealing with “Government and politics”.
Let us not put ISKCON and ISKCON Bangalore in the same category.

Though I do not recognize myself anymore as ritvik proponent, I wish wholeheartedly all succes to ISKCON Bengalore in rebulding the faith of the masses of suffering population in Srila Prabhupadas books, Prabhupada Himself and His mission as well. I belive that ISKCON Bangalore does tremoendous job to achieve this goal.

Gadadhar Prabhu is right in proposing to judge by the result.
Both “parties” had enough time to prove their realizations and put them into action practically.
Madhu Pandit Prabhu just follows Srila Prabhupadas instructions and uses his intelligence accordingly, that’s his real success. It was Srila Prabhupada who ordered no one within 10 miles radius around a temple should stay hungry. This is not only a matter of satisfying the senses (belly) which is inevitable in this material world, but moreover a chance of distributing the mercy of Krishna in form of Prasadam. What’s wrong with distributing Prasadam as widely as possible, like Akshaya Patra, and utilizing all available sources for that?
Maybe it’s easier for non-ISKCON outsiders and beginners like me to see things as they are, than for long-term ISKCON insiders who might got stuck in their thinking over the years somehow, sorry.
Doesn’t this unpleasant situation arise only because of enviousness and false ego?
Getting ordered to initiate on behalf of Srila Prabhupada, but actually initiating for the own pride and sense gratification, like the 11 disciples after 1977 did, is this spiritual advancement or just arrogance? Changing Srila Prabhupadas transcendental books in spite of his explicit orders not to change anything, because of so-called greater scholarship and political correctness, neither isn’t a sign of advancement for me, but a sign of hubris.
Walking in Srila Prabhupadas footsteps means to follow him rigidly and execute his orders properly according to the Parampara, not to imitate him and take his property. If one gets used of being worshiped, being provided with money and power, he can fall easily into the clutches of Maya, and it’s probably very hard to realize this, especially after decades.
Who actually does corrupt Srila Prabhupadas mission? The ones following his order and getting success, or the ones predominantly worshipping their own false ego and using Srila Prabhupada only as a store sign?
I don’t feel much advanced at all and have my own faults, but at least I have eyes to see and perceive practical results.
Iskcon Bangalore is following Srila Prabhupada’s instructions ,and even if there is some wrong doing it should not be taken seriously ,during Srila Prabhupada’s presence there were so much problems ,some senior GBC were actually abusing their power it got into their head as absolute authority ,so in Bangalore project they are following and trying their best to do best for Srila Prabhupada,and therefore in doing so little fault should be overlooked , but in our iskcon we have demons ( C.C Madhya lilach 11 purport ) the same principles can be applied to demoniac persons ,even though they be in the sampradaya of lord Sri Caitanya mahaprabhu.,so this is the problem,the demons who are by nature envious try to stop Srila Prabhupada’s preachers.
Madhu Pandit Prabhu is building his riches in Krsnaloka. He does not claim to be a spiritual master (he initiates on Srila Prabhupadas behalf. He does not sit on Highly elevated seat taking worship as good as God. He does not accept the changing of the spiritual masters books. He does not have large bank account in his name from followers donations. He does not even legally have any control over funds spent for the various projects he has enthusiastically worked hard and engaged others in. Seems to me he is simply working hard on a very large scale to follow his gurus orders!!
Now don’t even get me started on the so called ISKCON gurus who abuse children, keep laxmi for themselves, constantly falling down, women sannyasis, and the list goes on and on of all activities directly going against the instructions of Srila Prabhupada…and they claim disciples of theirs they can save and take to spiritual world??? Wow.. heed a good warning to all disciples of such..this is YOUR spiritual life and you have every right to read any words and any books from all sources…ESPECIALLY when these books are quoting Srila Prabhupada unchanged!!! Don’t be blind…read all…don’t be scared to judge for yourself…if you do not want to be deceived and are sincere for the truth Krsna is giving…just take it with no fear!!!! There are MANY very sincere Prabhupada disciples to help you sift through it all. They are non envious..just reach out to them…..loads of proof….loads of facts….don’t let anyone tell you you can’t hear it.
