Yes this is the beginning, people wake up, killing animals is no future.
What we need is more people like that, who think this way.
Even if some people are not inside a so called “straight vaisnava culture”, to save god’s creation and have pity with the cows is the best way to clean the heart of all impurities and actually do what God really wants us to do.
“Love your neighbor as yourself”, means love all of God’s creatures.
George Harrison and Paul McCartney of the Beatles both preach this way ( http:// harigeorgeson.com ) and are trying to change the face of the world by making everybody aware of the hellish food production of modern mankind.

Cow protection and peacefood are the two pillars on which real human
culture prospers, rises high, stays strong and walks along to the other side, to the bright side of life on the long and winding road to self-realization.
Indeed Vaishnavas should surround themselves in their lives with more cow protection, fruit gardening, vegetable farming and Tulsi cultivation.
This was A.C. Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada’s great vision,
self-sufficient varna-ashrama-dharma projects, farms and temples
where cows and pets can live in peace and devotees of our sweet Lord
can work together. Happy producing, cooking and teaching others,
to live a peaceful life in harmony with God and His creation.
This is spiritual self-fertilization – yes indeed thats what we need.
From peace of mind and calmness of heart comes true sattvic-brahminical work.
Money and business minded characters will burn themselves out in this
world and develop very bad hang-ups and screw themselves even more into this maya material world. This is why I say, it is better to stay with simple living and high thinking and follow in the foodsteps of great yogis and gardeners.

I think if more people would go into gardening there would be less politics and pittance of who is real and who is not the real guru blabla………
If we would see Srila Prabhupada as the real guru in Iskcon, all this paining mindfuck would be over, and we could see ourselves in the right light!
The real spiritual divine mission, Srila Prabhupada had in mind
is where Srila Prabhupada and Sri Krishna & Gauranga are the only center, and everybody ritvik – understands himself as apostolical.
As we see elsewhere in other lines of fire, like Yogananda, Shivananda, Aurobindo, Radhakrishna, Osho, Ramana Maharshi and Vivekananda.
They all follow the ritvik line and keep their masters in the center. Iskcon should keep the Bhaktivedanta mission pure and original.
