Why Vaccines are Against the Principles of Krishna Consciousness

Sincere followers of the Krishna consciousness movement and its bona fide branches follow strict principles that prohibit the use of intoxicants, stimulants, meat, fish, eggs and non-Vedic medicines, or medicines that use impure (or non-sattvic) ingredients.
All true devotees of the Krishna consciousness movement, disciples of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, offer everything they eat or ingest, including medicines, to Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Impure and unknown substances are prohibited for offering at home or in Krishna temples. Real devotees of Krishna never agree to gamble with their health, or allow gross materialists with questionable motives, or their agents in government, to dictate their health care.
They never willingly agree to let themselves get injected with experimental or toxic or potentially dangerous drugs or vaccines, such the so-called Covid-19 vaccines or subsequent booster shots. They understand that Krishna alone is responsible for their health and prosperity if they depend on Him solely and try to live purely and naturally– as He and His representatives have always taught.

Following the US lead, 10 years later scientists in the UK developed MRC-5, taken from the lung tissue of a male baby aborted at 14 weeks gestation These two fetal cell lines are used to continuously cultivate the weakened virus strains of several diseases to produce vaccines.
Current Trends
Because the pharmaceutical industry perceives public acceptance of the current vaccines, they continue to utilize both existing and new aborted fetal sources for vaccine development. The latest is a new fetal cell line, PER C6, created by Dutch pharmaceutical, Crucell, NV. This cell line uses the retinal tissue of an 18-week gestation baby, created specifically for vaccine development.
A Choice – And A Moral Duty!
Similar to adult stem cell therapies, which are viable alternatives to using destroyed human embryos, vaccines can be made using ethical sources. Instead, the present tainted vaccines have been used to justify further immoral research. In Aug., 2001 President Bush rationalized funding embryonic stem cell research by using the chickenpox vaccine as a precedent, since the embryos, like the aborted babies, had already been destroyed. But in both cases, human beings were intentionally and callously slaughtered for research purposes. Unless the public refuses to tolerate this exploitation of our unborn, it will only worsen. We were successful with our smallpox campaign by demanding an ethical alternative and we must continue this sort of pressure. In a recent Vatican document, our moral duty to do just that was made abundantly clear:

Please accept my obeisance. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
My short, incomplete piece (someone posted) was not meant to be a preaching article. (Why Vaccines are Against the Principles of Krishna consciousness). It was just a brief idea for writing an exemption letter to be used by devotees who want to avoid getting jabbed with multiple mRNA mandatory injections. Many experts believe these are not vaccines at all.
The quotes you provided do not equal an endorsement from Srila Prabhupada for vaccines in general and surely not for the new, experimental so-called mRNA “vaccine”.
Srila Prabhupada uses these examples cited to point to the effectiveness of devotional service and chanting Hare Krishna. These are the “pearls of wisdom” in these quotes from Srila Prabhupada. You seemed to have missed His point entirely. He is not indiscriminately endorsing all vaccines; He is endorsing Krishna consciousness, which is antiseptic and prophylactic and can protect one from all diseases and material existence entirely. These are the pearls of wisdom. Yet you seem to take this as an indirect endorsement for man-made, defective, and possibly poisonous vaccines.
Vaccines have been around for ages. Some were herbal and some were based on mantra enhancements and other natural methods involving panca-gavya, roasted spices in ghee, or other natural ingredients used in puja. Both Lord Krishna and Lord Chaitanya were “purified” and “protected from contamination” in this way by local village women immediately after Their “births.” These ladies were not superstitious village ding dongs. These rituals and techniques, when done properly, were effective.
In the West, also, vaccines have been around for a long time and were greatly improved in the 20th Century. Such improved methods were widely credited with saving many lives and protecting many, especially children, from deadly diseases like polio and smallpox. But even these “proven” vaccines formulas were shown in recent years to be often dangerous, with long-term side effects, some of which are hard to trace or prove. Other adverse reactions were obvious. For instance, many healthy children got polio or smallpox from the vaccine itself.
Srila Prabhupada is speaking to reporters and newcomers inquiring about Krishna consciousness and he is using examples common people can relate to. He has also used the example of a woman who has a lover, saying she does all her household business with extra care to hide her affair with her lover, whom she is secretly always thinking of. The example is that a devotee does not neglect his ordinary duties but does so while always thinking of Krishna. Prabhupada is certainly not tacitly or indirectly condoning illicit affairs.
Srila Prabhupada also said, “Don’t use my hand to smoke ganja. Use your own hand.” He was not endorsing smoking ganja but was saying, “Don’t use Krishna’s Gita or the words of the Acharyas to promote your own ideas.” (Such as suggesting, “Prabhupada indicated that all vaccines are good.”)
The vaccine idea is a great example to illustrate how Krishna consciousness works. As Srila Prabhupada mentions, real vaccines are supposed to “purify” and keep one “free from contamination.” Do you think modern vaccines do that? Are they really “antiseptic?” The mRNA injections are created and promoted by the same folks who created the disease and released it on humanity. Can we really trust these folks? This vaccine is experimental—at best. It is unlike any of the others. Many top scientists and researchers have warned about its dangers, but they are being silenced. Why? And why are people being forced into medical regimens involving numerous shots?
Srila Prabhupada said many things to make us doubt modern science, mundane governments, and Big Pharma, but of course he never condemned these as a whole. Rather, he may have even acknowledged they are sometimes useful. But the mRNA vaccines are highly suspect. They are proven to be impure; they contain poisonous substances. Furthermore, these injections are proving to be largely ineffective in preventing or containing the Covid viruses. In fact, many experts believe they are making matters worse. But that’s a whole other topic.
The point is this: No devotee should be forced to take these dangerous and ineffective injections. And no educated person not brainwashed would want to.

Define ‘vaccine’? It has been centuries since any ‘vaccines’ have had anything to do with cows. Eh what, you say?
Although it was already well known in the Subcontinent, the connection between cowpox and smallpox was not discovered in the West until it was observed that milkmaids infected with cowpox were immune to smallpox. That is how the Latin word for cow ‘vacca’ was adapted (Anglicised) and adopted for the new ‘vaccine’ treatment that was developed.
Actually, way before this, a practice called variolation was used in India (since who knows when!) where a tiny amount of the crusty scab of a recovered smallpox patient was scraped and smeared into a small cut in the arm of someone wishing to develop immunity. This process transferred antibodies from the healed person to the other. Technically this is a type of inoculation.
Although the words inoculation, immunisation and vaccination are nowadays bandied about and used interchangeably they are distinct, separate medical procedures. Perhaps ‘immunisation’ is the best word to use in the broadest sense, although these days shot, jab, vax or vaccination are increasingly popular. Variolation is a type of inoculation. Vaccination was originally immunity to smallpox acquired by developing antibodies from having cowpox. Using the general terms, Vaccination, inoculation and immunisation (acquiring and/or developing immunity) these days can be split up into many techniques:
1. Active and Passive
Passive- Immunisation such as for diphtheria and tetanus (eg the tetanus booster where antibodies are transferred from a healthy host). Also extended to antitoxins;

Inactivated (“killed” particles that cannot replicate);

No Single Hypothesis May Be Correct
Where viruses came from is NOT a simple question to answer. ONE CAN ARGUE quite convincingly that certain viruses, such as the retroviruses, arose through a progressive process. Śrīla Prabhupāda: If they begin with living entities, what is the purpose of the test tube? It is only a place for combination, but so is the womb. Where is the credit for the scientists if this is already being done in nature’s test tube?
Karandhara: It is already being done by nature, but when some scientist does it, people will give him the Nobel Prize.
Śrīla Prabhupāda: Yes, that is stated in Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam: śva-vid-varāhoṣṭra-kharaiḥ saṁstutaḥ puruṣaḥ paśuḥ.[4] This verse indicates that those who praise men who are like animals are no better than dogs, hogs, camels and asses. Śva means “dog,” vid-varāha means “stool-eating hog,” uṣṭra means “camel,” and kharameans “ass.” If the Nobel Prize is given to a scientist who is a rascal, the men on the committee who give him that prize are no better than dogs, hogs, camels and asses. We don’t accept them as human beings. One animal is praised by another animal. Where is the credit in that? If the men on the committee are no better than animals, anyone who receives the Nobel Prize in science is fool number one, because animals are praising him, not human beings.
Dr. Singh: For some scientists, the Nobel Prize is the ultimate.
Śrīla Prabhupāda: They are rascals. They are speaking nonsense, and because they are juggling words, others are being misled.
Brahmānanda Swami: Nobel is the person who invented dynamite.
Śrīla Prabhupāda: He has created great misfortune, and he has left his money for creating further misfortune. [Laughter.]

Word Jugglery and World Crisis
Śrīla Prabhupāda: It is said in the Vedas, yasmin vijñāte sarvam evaṁ vijñātaṁ bhavati: “If one knows the Absolute Truth, then all other things become known.” I am not a Ph.D., yet I can challenge the scientists. Why? Because I know Kṛṣṇa, the Absolute Truth. Yasmin sthito na duḥkhena guruṇāpi vicālyate: “If one is situated in Kṛṣṇa consciousness, then even in the greatest calamities he will not be disturbed.” (Bg. 6.22) Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam (1.5.22) declares, avicyuto ’rthaḥ kavibhir nirūpito yad uttamaśloka-guṇānuvarṇanam: “Great personalities have decided that Kṛṣṇa consciousness is the perfection of life.” This kind of knowledge is required. Not that we do some research, come up with a theory, and after fifteen years say, “No, no, it is not right—it is another thing.” That is not science; that is child’s play.
Dr. Singh: That is how they discover things—by research.
Śrīla Prabhupāda: And what is the cost of the research? It is a scientific method for drawing money from others, that’s all. In other words, it is cheating. Scientists juggle words like plutonium, photons, hydrogen and oxygen, but what good will people get from this? When people hear this jugglery of words, what can they say? One scientist explains something to some extent, and then another rascal comes along and explains it again, but differently, with different words. And all the time the phenomenon has remained the same. What advancement has been made? They have simply produced volumes of books. Now there is a petrol problem. Scientists have created it. If the petrol supply dwindles away, what will these rascal scientists do? They are powerless to do anything about it.

The Cheaters and the Cheated
Śrīla Prabhupāda: Natural phenomena such as the law of gravity or weightlessness are acintya-śakti, inconceivable energies, and real science means to understand this acintya-śakti. To observe a chain of events only from a certain point in time is unscientific and gives only incomplete knowledge. We must know where things begin. If we carry our investigation far enough, we will find that the origin of nature is acintya-śakti. For example, with brain, brush and color we can paint a flower. But we cannot conceive how vegetation throughout the whole earth is automatically growing and fructifying. We can explain the painted flower, but we cannot explain the real flower. Scientists actually cannot explain biological growth. They simply juggle words like molecule and chromosome, but they cannot actually explain the phenomena.
The essential fault of the so-called scientists is that they have adopted the inductive process to arrive at their conclusions. For example, if a scientist wants to determine by the inductive process whether or not man is mortal, he must study every man to try to discover if some or one of them may be immortal. The scientist says, “I cannot accept the proposition that all men are mortal. There may be some men who are immortal. I have not yet seen every man. Therefore how can I accept that man is mortal?” This is called the inductive process. And the deductive process means that your father, your teacher or your guru says that man is mortal, and you accept it.
Dr. Singh: So there is an ascending process of gaining knowledge and a descending process?[7]
Śrīla Prabhupāda: Yes. The ascending process will never be successful, because it relies on the information gathered through the senses, and the senses are imperfect. So we accept the descending process.
God cannot be known by the inductive process. Therefore He is called adhokṣaja, which means “unknowable by direct perception.” The scientists say there is no God because they are trying to understand Him by direct perception. But He is adhokṣaja! Therefore, the scientists are ignorant of God because they are missing the method of knowing Him. In order to understand transcendental science, one must approach a bona fide spiritual master, hear from him submissively and render service to him. Lord Kṛṣṇa explains that in the Bhagavad-gītā (4.34): tad viddhi praṇipātena paripraśnena sevayā.
My Guru Mahārāja[8] once said, “The modern world is a society of the cheaters and the cheated.” Unfortunately, the cheated are eulogizing the cheaters, and the small cheaters are worshiping the great cheaters. Suppose a flock of asses comes and eulogizes me, saying, “Oh, you are Jagad-guru.”[9] What is the value of their praise? But if a gentleman or learned man gives praise, his words have some value. Generally, however, the persons who are praising and those who are being praised are both ignorant. As the Vedas put it, saṁstutaḥ puruṣaḥ paśuḥ: “A big animal is being praised by a small animal.”
Compassion
Śrīla Prabhupāda: The law is cheating, medical science is cheating, and the government is cheating. Top government officials are charged with taking bribes. If the governor takes bribes and the constable takes bribes, then where is the good society? People elect the leader who promises them happiness. But since that happiness is māyā [or illusion], he can never deliver it, and society simply becomes filled with cheaters. Since people are actually after this illusory happiness, however, they continue to elect such unscrupulous leaders time and time again.

A Childish Waste of Time and Money
Dr. Singh: When the astronauts returned from the moon to the surface of the earth, the scientists in the space program were very careful. They thought the astronauts might have brought some new germs as yet unknown, so they put the astronauts in quarantine for several days to make sure that—
Śrīla Prabhupāda: First of all, find out whether they have gone to the moon. I am not so sure. Sixteen years ago, when I wrote Easy Journey to Other Planets, I remarked that the scientists were childish in their attempts to explore outer space and would never be successful. Many years later, when I visited San Francisco, a press reporter asked me, “What is your opinion about the moon expedition?” I told him, “It is simply a waste of time and money, that’s all.”
Kṛṣṇakānti: The space program recently had another failure.
Śrīla Prabhupāda: That is always happening. What was it?
Kṛṣṇakānti: They sent up a space vehicle to orbit the earth and act as sort of a space outpost, but it failed. It cost two billion dollars.
Śrīla Prabhupāda: Why are they wasting time and money in that way?
Kṛṣṇakānti: They were criticized in the newspapers.
Śrīla Prabhupāda: They are simply childish fools. What have they gained in the last—how many years? For how many years have they been trying to go to the moon? with their sputnik.
Śrīla Prabhupāda: But they were trying for many years before that. So let us say that for twenty-five years they have been trying. They have not gained anything except dust, but still they are trying. How obstinate! The space program will never be successful.
Dr. Singh: They say that in the future they want to go to the subsurface of Mars.
Śrīla Prabhupāda: They are all becoming “big men” with their statements about the future.
Dr. Singh: They say that it will happen in about ten years.
Śrīla Prabhupāda: So what if they say one year? They may say ten years or one year, but we do not accept such propositions. We want to see what they are doing now.
Dr. Singh: They are developing their technology by using small scale models.
Śrīla Prabhupāda: They are simply childish. In my childhood I used to watch the tramcars go along the rail. Once I thought, “I shall take a stick and touch it to the wire, and I shall also go along the rails.” The scientists, with all their plans, are just as childish. They spend so much time and money, but what is their purpose? Their effort is hopeless because they do not actually know the purpose of life. The scientists are spending large sums of money, and politicians are financing them, but the result is zero. They are like a doctor who doesn’t understand a particular disease, but who still says to his patient, “All right, first try this pill, and if that doesn’t work, then try this pill.” The doctor will never admit that he doesn’t know the remedy for the disease. The scientists are simply bluffing and cheating. They cannot solve the real problems of life—birth, death, old age and disease—and therefore all their programs are taking place on the utopian platform, which in Sanskrit is called ākāśa-puṣpa. Ākāśa-puṣpa means “a flower from the sky.” All their efforts to know the truth by exploring outer space are like trying to pluck a flower from the sky.
To give another example, the scientists act like foolish ducks. In India we may sometimes observe a duck following all day behind a bull. The duck is thinking that the testicles of the bull are a fish. In India this is a common sight. The bull is walking, and all day the duck is walking behind, following that big fish and thinking, “It will drop, and I will eat it.”

Modern Science: Help or Harm?
Dr. Singh: Scientists are in the process of trying to create life.
Śrīla Prabhupāda: “Process of”! “Trying to”! That we kick out; that we do not accept. A beggar is saying, “I am trying to be a millionaire.” We say, “When you become a millionaire, then talk. Now you are a poor beggar; that is all.” The scientists say they are trying, but suppose I ask you, “What are you?” Will you say, “I am trying to be…”? What are you now? That is the question. “We are trying” is not a proper answer, what to speak of a scientific proposition.
Dr. Singh: Well, although they haven’t been able to create life so far, they say that soon they should be able to do so.
Śrīla Prabhupāda: Any rascal may say that. If you say, “In the future I shall be able to do something extraordinary,” why should I trust or believe you?
Dr. Singh: Well, the scientists say they have done so much in the past and they will accomplish more in the future.
Śrīla Prabhupāda: In the past there was death, and people are dying now. So what have the scientists done?
Dr. Singh: Helped them.
Śrīla Prabhupāda: Scientists have helped to minimize the duration of life! Formerly men lived one hundred years; now they seldom live more than sixty or seventy years. And the scientists have discovered atomic energy; now they can kill millions of men. So they have helped only in dying. They have not helped in living, and still they dare to declare that they will create.
Dr. Singh: But now we have airplanes and—
Śrīla Prabhupāda: The scientists cannot stop death, they cannot stop birth, they cannot stop disease, and they cannot stop old age. So what have they done? Formerly people used to become old, and nowadays they are becoming old. Formerly people used to become diseased, and now they are becoming diseased. Now there is more medicine—and more disease. So what have they accomplished? Scientists have not helped improve the order of the world. We are going to challenge all the rascal scientists who say that life has grown out of matter. The fact is that matter has grown from life.
The Illusion of Progress
Śrīla Prabhupāda: How long can science cheat people? One hundred years, two hundred years? They cannot cheat them for all time.
Dr. Singh: Cheating has been going on since time immemorial, so perhaps they think they can continue forever.
Śrīla Prabhupāda: Not since time immemorial! Science has been cheating people for only the past two or three hundred years, not before that.
Dr. Singh: Oh, really?

Dr. Singh: In Newsweek, one of the largest magazines in the United States, there was an article about the degradation of Christianity. The article included a cartoon picturing the devil causing earthquakes. There was recently a very large earthquake in South America that killed many thousands of people. The cartoon attributed such things to the devil, and right next to him it showed Richard Nixon presenting himself as a follower of Christ but bombing Southeast Asia. In this cartoon, the devil turned to Richard Nixon and said, “It’s hell keeping up with Christians.”
Śrīla Prabhupāda: Yes, people will criticize in that way. People are becoming advanced. How long can they be cheated by so-called science and so-called religion? If Mr. Nixon loves his countrymen, why does he not love his country’s cows? They are also born in the same land, and they have the same right to live. Why are they killed? “Thou shalt not kill.” But the animals are being killed. That is imperfection. Kṛṣṇa embraces both the cows and Rādhārāṇī.[18] That is perfection. Kṛṣṇa even talks with the birds. One day on the bank of the Yamunā River, He was talking with a bird, because He speaks even in the languages of the birds. An old lady saw this and was struck with wonder: “Oh, He is talking with a bird!”

There are two types of knowledge, absolute and relative. The sciences fall into the category of relative knowledge. Guru-sastra-sadhu is a separate field dealing with the absolute. As limited as the sciences are and as wonderful as the guru is, one should not expect one’s guru to be a master of particle physics or complex geometry.
Let’s say you want to learn to speak a new language. You have to basically throw out and disregard everything you know about English in order to familiarise yourself with an entirely new set of tools regarding vocabulary, spelling, grammar including tense, parsing and sentence structure, punctuation and more. Guru-sastra-sadhu isn’t going to help there because we are dealing in relative knowledge.
So what defines a medical expert? I am not one and I seriously doubt if any of you are either. When it comes to molecular biology none of us untrained commoners are qualified to judge what is a real vaccine and what is not. So why am I being attacked for merely presenting some relevant facts? Does truth hurt? What is wrong with facts?
It is astonishing how the common person after hours and hours of online investigation can form an opinionated viewpoint and somehow consider themselves an expert on that subject – without ever sitting an exam or passing a field test. The internet is never an outright totally authoritative source of knowledge or even a good teacher. As the joke goes, “So you think you know everything about vaccines from the internet! Well I’ve seen every episode of Grey’s Anatomy… would you let me take your appendix out?”.
Naturally we turn to guru-sastra-sadhu for confirmation of spiritual matters. But for material advancements e.g. modern medicine and technology, we won’t necessarily find definitions in scripture. Trying to draw parallels or glean knowledge from old texts in an attempt to extract relevant modern-day information is fraught with potential errors. Ultimately for this kind of info we have to turn to academia and rely on empirical evidence. This can get a bit tricky especially when it comes to finding an authority to determine what is what – and what is not. It takes clear thinking – logic and rationality, and often the abandonment of paradigms, patterns and models that lock us into preconceived concepts – to look at new things without any bias.
Before we pose ourselves as an expert on anything we should first acknowledge that the foremost authority on any scientific advancement would likely be, at the bare minimum, the person who created, invented or discovered it. If not, the best experts would be those scientists and academics who are trained and qualified and especially those who have experience on a practical level in the relevant field of study. Hypothetical or theoretical knowledge found on the internet is no substitute for first-hand expertise.
Who decides what is a ‘real’ vaccine? Having made one’s mind up as to what a particular thing ought to be and then expecting to see that idea turn up as an outcome is no way to conduct an empirical inquiry. One is never guaranteed to arrive at the truth through such a limited approach. Furthermore, the internet is not always an authoritative source of information. If you have an opinion and go looking on the web for something to back it up you will no doubt find it. I think it’s wonderful the way Śrīla Prabhupāda makes the analogy of how Kṛṣṇa Consciousness, being the remedy for material life by the purification of chanting, compares to the way vaccines prevent disease during an epidemic. He repeatedly makes the comparison of bhakti-yoga and vaccines (“as above, so below”). Even if we are not experienced in spiritual life this is something we can all understand because as children we were vaccinated in school and were therefore given immunity to diseases like smallpox, polio and tuberculosis that were killing millions of people worldwide. Likewise we develop immunity to the material condition just by chanting Hare Kṛṣṇa. What a wonderful analogy!
None of us are old enough to have experienced the Spanish Flu pandemic at the end of World War One but a similar thing is happening now. Apparently it was a dreadful time where the combination of the two wiped out a large amount of Europe and a fifth of the world’s population was infected. Luckily things haven’t escalated to those proportions (no WWIII as of yet!) and thankfully we have the benefit of vaccines which weren’t available then.
Still, we need to be careful, and we can do this. We can protect ourselves in spiritual life with Hare Kṛṣṇa and in material pandemics with vaccines. What a great analogy, very easy to understand. Only a madman would not protect his spirituality, and certainly a fool neglects to care for their material well-being also.

“unalloyed devotees of Kṛṣṇa—if you discuss about them, then Kṛṣṇa is there”
“So relative name and absolute name. Kṛṣṇa, if you always keep Kṛṣṇa in your presence, then where is the possibility of ignorance and delusion? No. There is no possibility. And this is the shortcut way of keeping Kṛṣṇa always with you on your tongue—Hare Kṛṣṇa, Hare Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa, Hare Hare / Hare Rāma… And if you are rigidly in this chanting process, you must understand that Kṛṣṇa is with you and there is no danger, there is no illusion, there is no māyā.
Kṛṣṇa can be present by His fame. Just like we read something, we discuss something about Kṛṣṇa’s activities—”Oh, He was present in the Battle of Kurukṣetra. He became the charioteer and He delivered the lectures on Bhagavad…” These discussions, that is also presence of Kṛṣṇa. Then His pastimes. Just like His līlā in Vṛndāvana or with any other devotees. There are many līlās.
Then Kṛṣṇa’s associates, those who are devotees of Kṛṣṇa, if you speak about them, that is also a presence of Kṛṣṇa. If you talk about Nārada Muni, if you talk about Vyāsa Muni, if you talk of Lord Caitanya, if you talk Rūpa Gosvāmī—those who are, I mean to say, unalloyed devotees of Kṛṣṇa—if you discuss about them, then Kṛṣṇa is there. He is present by His name, He is present by His fame,
He is present by His pastime, He is present by His associates. Anything in Kṛṣṇa connection, that makes Kṛṣṇa present in that spot. This is actual fact. One has to realize this, that’s all.”

Did Srila Prabhupada Endorse Vaccines?

Please accept my obeisance. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
My short, incomplete piece (someone posted) was not meant to be a preaching article. (Why Vaccines are Against the Principles of Krishna consciousness). It was just a brief idea for writing an exemption letter to be used by devotees who want to avoid getting jabbed with multiple mRNA mandatory injections. Many experts believe these are not vaccines at all.
The quotes you provided do not equal an endorsement from Srila Prabhupada for vaccines in general and surely not for the new, experimental so-called mRNA “vaccine”.
Srila Prabhupada uses these examples cited to point to the effectiveness of devotional service and chanting Hare Krishna. These are the “pearls of wisdom” in these quotes from Srila Prabhupada. You seemed to have missed His point entirely. He is not indiscriminately endorsing all vaccines; He is endorsing Krishna consciousness, which is antiseptic and prophylactic and can protect one from all diseases and material existence entirely. These are the pearls of wisdom. Yet you seem to take this as an indirect endorsement for man-made, defective, and possibly poisonous vaccines.
Vaccines have been around for ages. Some were herbal and some were based on mantra enhancements and other natural methods involving panca-gavya, roasted spices in ghee, or other natural ingredients used in puja. Both Lord Krishna and Lord Chaitanya were “purified” and “protected from contamination” in this way by local village women immediately after Their “births.” These ladies were not superstitious village ding dongs. These rituals and techniques, when done properly, were effective.
In the West, also, vaccines have been around for a long time and were greatly improved in the 20th Century. Such improved methods were widely credited with saving many lives and protecting many, especially children, from deadly diseases like polio and smallpox. But even these “proven” vaccines formulas were shown in recent years to be often dangerous, with long-term side effects, some of which are hard to trace or prove. Other adverse reactions were obvious. For instance, many healthy children got polio or smallpox from the vaccine itself.
Srila Prabhupada is speaking to reporters and newcomers inquiring about Krishna consciousness and he is using examples common people can relate to. He has also used the example of a woman who has a lover, saying she does all her household business with extra care to hide her affair with her lover, whom she is secretly always thinking of. The example is that a devotee does not neglect his ordinary duties but does so while always thinking of Krishna. Prabhupada is certainly not tacitly or indirectly condoning illicit affairs.
Srila Prabhupada also said, “Don’t use my hand to smoke ganja. Use your own hand.” He was not endorsing smoking ganja but was saying, “Don’t use Krishna’s Gita or the words of the Acharyas to promote your own ideas.” (Such as suggesting, “Prabhupada indicated that all vaccines are good.”)
The vaccine idea is a great example to illustrate how Krishna consciousness works. As Srila Prabhupada mentions, real vaccines are supposed to “purify” and keep one “free from contamination.” Do you think modern vaccines do that? Are they really “antiseptic?” The mRNA injections are created and promoted by the same folks who created the disease and released it on humanity. Can we really trust these folks? This vaccine is experimental—at best. It is unlike any of the others. Many top scientists and researchers have warned about its dangers, but they are being silenced. Why? And why are people being forced into medical regimens involving numerous shots?
Srila Prabhupada said many things to make us doubt modern science, mundane governments, and Big Pharma, but of course he never condemned these as a whole. Rather, he may have even acknowledged they are sometimes useful. But the mRNA vaccines are highly suspect. They are proven to be impure; they contain poisonous substances. Furthermore, these injections are proving to be largely ineffective in preventing or containing the Covid viruses. In fact, many experts believe they are making matters worse. But that’s a whole other topic.
The point is this: No devotee should be forced to take these dangerous and ineffective injections. And no educated person not brainwashed would want to.

PURPORT
Kṛṣṇa appears in this world for two purposes, paritrāṇāya sādhūnāṁ vināśāya ca duṣkṛtām: [Bg. 4.8] to protect the innocent, religious devotees of the Lord and to annihilate all the uneducated, uncultured asuras, who unnecessarily bark like dogs and fight among themselves for political power. It is said, kali-kāle nāma-rūpe kṛṣṇa avatāra. The Hare Kṛṣṇa movement is also an incarnation of Kṛṣṇa in the form of the holy name (nāma-rūpe). Every one of us who is actually afraid of the asuric rulers and politicians must welcome this incarnation of Kṛṣṇa: Hare Kṛṣṇa, Hare Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa, Hare Hare/ Hare Rāma, Hare Rāma, Rāma Rāma, Hare Hare. Then we will surely be protected from the harassment of asuric rulers. At the present moment these rulers are so powerful that by hook or by crook they capture the highest posts in government and HARASS countless numbers of people on the PLEA of NATIONAL SECURITY OR SOME EMERGENCY. Then again, one asura defeats another asura, but the public continues to suffer. Therefore the entire world is in a precarious condition, and the only hope is this Hare Kṛṣṇa movement. Lord Nṛsiṁhadeva appeared when Prahlāda was excessively harassed by his asuric father. Because of such asuric fathers—that is, the ruling politicians—it is very difficult to press forward the Hare Kṛṣṇa movement, but because Kṛṣṇa has now appeared in His holy name through this movement, we can hope that these asuric fathers will be annihilated and the kingdom of God established all over the world. The entire world is now full of many asuras in the guise of politicians, gurus, sādhus, yogīs and incarnations, and they are misleading the general public away from Kṛṣṇa consciousness, which can offer true benefit to human society.

So the heat increased. Radiation heat increased. One weapon was released by Aśvatthāmā, another by Arjuna to counteract, and the heat was so terrible that dahyamānāḥ prajāḥ sarvāḥ, all the inhabitants of different planets, they felt the great heat produced by two brahmāstras. And sāṁvartakam amaṁsata. The sāṁvartaka fire is explained in the śāstra, that in the Kali-yuga… At the last there will be Kali-yuga. In the Kali-yuga there will be no rainfall. So everything will dry. Not this Kali-yuga, but at the end of the universal life there will be great fire all over the universe. That is called sāṁvartaka. And everything will be ablaze. This is the process, going on. Bhūtvā bhūtvā pralīyate [Bg. 8.19]. This material world, in this way, sometimes it is manifested and sometimes it is not manifested. The energy is there, but the material world means the energy sometimes manifested, sometimes not manifested. So we are in this material world. Not only. We are changing our body, one after another after some years… That is also according to our different forms of life. In one small insect, it may live for few minutes; some of them for few hours, some of them for few days, and some of them for few months, some of them for few years. And this yearly, we live, we human being, we live for a hundred years, and the demigods, they live for ten thousands of years. But wherever you live, either as insect or as demigod, there is no rescue from the process of janma-mṛtyu-jarā-vyādhi [Bg. 13.9]. That you cannot escape. Either you become a small insect or you become as powerful as Lord Brahmā, you have to die. There is no escape. Brahmā, he has the greatest amount of years to live. His life is… We have calculation in the Bhagavad-gītā, that sahasra-yuga-paryantam ahar yad brahmaṇo viduḥ [Bg. 8.17]. Sahasra-yuga. One yuga means forty-three lakhs of years multiplied by one thousand. That is the one daytime duration of Brahmā. Ahar rātri means morning to evening. Morning to evening, that is sahasra-yuga, one thousand times of forty-three lakhs of years. Similarly night. Then day and night becomes one day. Similarly one month, and then twelve months, a year—such hundred years. So there is difference between our hundred years and his hundred years. Similarly, ant’s hundred years and my hundred years different.
The modern science admits that everything is relative. Relative world. According to the body, according to the time. Relative world, not absolute. The absolute world is different. Where there is no relativity. Everyone is as good as the Supreme Personality of Godhead. That is oneness. Not that one has become as powerful as the Supreme Lord. No. Maybe as powerful. Still, they’re individual. They’re not amalgamation. That is wrong theory. Kṛṣṇa says in the Bhagavad-gītā that in the past we were all individuals. He says that “It is not that in the past we did not exist, and it is not that in the future we shall not exist. We shall exist.” Nityaḥ śāśvato yaṁ na hanyate hanyamāne śarīre [Bg. 2.20]. So we are eternal. We existed in the past, we are existing now, and we shall continue to exist. And individual. Kṛṣṇa says, “You, Me, and all these soldiers and kings, they are all individual, and they existed as individual in the past, and we are existing now as individuals, and we shall continue to exist as individuals.” So there are three phases of time: past, present, and future. So there is no question of being amalgamated at any time. They remain always individuals. And this is in the material…, either material world or spiritual world, the individuality is there. It never ceases. Nitya-yuktā upāsate. Here, we have got temporary life. Therefore we cannot be nitya-yukta. This life will be finished, and the next life we do not know what kind of life we shall have. It may be human form of life or it may be dog’s form of life. You have to change this body. Tathā dehāntara-prāptiḥ [Bg. 2.13]. Kṛṣṇa does not say that a man after death becomes a man. No. There is no guarantee. He says tathā dehāntara-prāptiḥ. There will be change of body. And so far the body is concerned, there are 8,400,000 of different bodies. So any one of them you have to accept. There is no guarantee. Tathā dehāntara-prāptiḥ.
So I, as spirit soul, I am individual, existing. I shall continue to exist as individual in this material world either as human being or as an animal or as demigod, or a tree, plants, fish, aquatics—so many. Jalajā nava-lakṣāṇi sthāvarā lakṣa-viṁśati. So this is going on. This is material world. And if you go to the spiritual world, yad gatvā na nivartante tad dhāma paramaṁ mama [Bg. 15.6]. The difference… What is the difference between the spiritual world and the material world? The difference is that if you go to the spiritual world, then you will not return again in this material world. Tyaktvā dehaṁ punar janma naiti [Bg. 4.9]. Spiritual life means punar janma naiti. Punar janma means this material world. Bhūtvā bhūtvā pralīyate [Bg. 8.19]. One janma, then death, again janma, again death. And between the death and birth or birth and death there is disease and old age. Janma-mṛtyu-jarā-vyādhi-duḥkha [Bg. 13.9]. This is our real problem.
So the modern scientists, they do not know what is real problem. They are thinking advancement. Another point is here, that trīl lokān pradahan mahat and dahyamānāḥ prajāḥ sarvāḥ. Prajā. Prajā means living entities. Prajāyate: one who takes his birth. So in the three worlds… Three worlds means these upper, middle, and lower planetary systems in this universe. Trīl loka. Trīl lokān. So everywhere there is prajā, there is living entities. Otherwise, how it is said trīl lokān? It is a foolish theory that there is no life in other planets. A rascal theory. It has no meaning. Trīl lokān. We have got many evidences. I do not know why these rascal scientists say that there is no life in other planet. Why? The other planet is also made of the pañca-bhūta, pṛthvī-ap-tejas-vāyu-ākāśa. They are not different. Maybe something is very prominent. Just like in the sun globe, the fire is prominent. Fire is also one of the five elements: pṛthvī-ap-tejas. That does not mean there is no life. There must be. Otherwise, how Kṛṣṇa talked with the sun-god, imaṁ vivasvate yogaṁ proktavān aham avyayam [Bg. 4.1]? And the living entity, nainaṁ dahati pāvakaḥ. The living entity is not burned by the fire. It is not dried up, it is not moistened. This is stated. So why there will be no life in the sun globe? There must be. Because nainaṁ dahati pāvakaḥ, fire cannot burn the living being. So there are germs in the fire also, agni-pa(?).
So we are being misled by the so-called scientists and the math… That is not perfect knowledge. The perfect knowledge is in the Vedas.

This game is being played with the strategy of divide and conquer. We can see all around us divided families and divided friendships and consequently conquered families and conquered friendships. In most places, according to the official narrative, their plan is working, as we can see on the never seen before emergence of a new species of humans, the sudden appearance of sheer UNLIMITED NUMBERS of scaredy-cats.
The question now is: how does this situation impact the devotees engaged in present day Iskcon? Any endeavour needs money, manpower and resources. As we can see in our own life, all this has become difficult to a more or less degree. If you give in to the fear factor, you have lost this game. Lucky if you are following Srila Prabhupada’s instructions of book distribution and preaching whole heartedly. If you are not and are dependent on money from the government, sponsors or scaredy-cats, you have a problem.
As for Iskcon, they are dependent on rich Indians, sponsors and life members, many scaredy-cats there, to keep up the good life. Playing this game of dividing Srila Prabhupada’s cake since 1977 into smaller and smaller pieces and conquering each other’s diciples for personal aggrandisement they should be experts in this game. Or could it be that maybe, just maybe this shoe is a little to big for them? life under today’s circumstances of this, forced upon us game of divide and conquer is most probably not as easy as it used to be for devotees, who are in Iskcon for money, name and fame. Do they now go along with the official narrative ? Do they pressure devotees living in the temple or farm projects to take the s^*^s in order to receive further maintenance/blood money ?
Present day Iskcon is already falling apart since 1977 due to the supposed leaders not adhering strictly to Srila Prabhupada’s instructions and changing His Books, and is, as a result, today only a shadow, an empty shell, of what Srila Prabhupada’s Iskcon was. Why ? Because they damaged the foundation, the solid ground on which Srila Prabhupada’s Iskcon was build, His original Books of transcendental knowledge have been changed and so now the foundation is weak and damaged. An empty shell is easily blown away by a little more wind than usual. It would be interesting to know how this present situation of divide and conquer and consequently the policies of Iskcon temple managements as a reaction to this, are effecting the every day life of those devotees who are doing the main work of cooking, deity worship, preaching, and who might than be, inevitably and unfortunately, on the receiving end in regards to the s^*^s and ultimately be left standing in the rain.
Hare Krsna, yes ‘divide & conquer’ is the communist way with the ruse of uniting (social, communal). They are expert in the manipulation of language (progressive etc, rather than regressive) to indoctrinate the sheepy masses… indeed the ‘slow march through the institutions’, which can only be seen by those who are awake!
Equal distribution of poverty while the elite politburo become fabulously wealthy (all relative of course).
The old saying… the sheep think the shepherd is saving them from the wolf, but he’s really fattening them for slaughter.
Also the evil in ISKCON was there way before Srila Prabhupada’s departure in 1977. Even in his presence,the ruthless takeover plans were always there at least in seed-form by those envious of His Divine Grace, who saw in themselves the opportunity for profit, adoration & distinction. From time to time these desires became overtly manifest and were even called out by Srila Prabhupada, but he was so forgiving, always another chance.
Arjuna’s qualification to receive the king of education, the most secret of all secrets from Lord Krsna was that he was never envious of Krsna! …. pravakṣyāmy anasūyave BG 9.1

Balaram das Prabhu writes ; “From time to time these desires became overtly manifest and were even called out by Srila Prabhupada, but he was so forgiving, always another chance. ”
Another Chance, we also find in the Srimad Bhagavatam 6.1.41-45 ;
“O inhabitants of Vaikuṇṭha, you are sinless, but those within this material world are all fruitive workers, whether acting piously or impiously. Both kinds of action are possible for them because they are contaminated by the three modes of nature and must act accordingly. One who has accepted a material body cannot be inactive, and sinful action is inevitable for one acting under the modes of material nature. Therefore all the living entities within this material world are punishable. Thus in proportion to the extent of one’s religious or irreligious actions in this life, one must enjoy or suffer the corresponding reactions of his karma in the next.”
While we are in this material world, we have to work, but we work for Kṛṣṇa. That is not really work, or karma: it is dharma, practical religion. Unless one works for Kṛṣṇa, all his labor is adharma, irreligious sense gratification.
That is why, perhaps, Srila Prabhupada was so forgiving to His Followers that He wanted all His followers to engage in Krsna’s Service, one way or the other.
But if we work for our personal sense gratification, we will become entangled in the reactions, lifetime after lifetime. It is not possible for a person to get out of the clutches of repeated birth and death as long as he continues to pursue sense gratification.
Now the present situation with the Iskcon, Leaders and their followers, are they getting chance in making progress going Home Back to Godhead ?
In this material world we associate with a particular combination of the modes of nature, and accordingly we mold our character and behaviour, and by this criterion we fit into a particular social category.
Thus in proportion to the extent of one’s religious or irreligious actions in this life, one must enjoy or suffer the corresponding reactions of his karma in the next.
Lord Shri Caitanya Mahaprabhu says ; ” jīvera ‘svarūpa’ haya – kṛṣṇera ‘nitya-dāsa’ (Caitanya-caritāmṛta, Madhya-līlā 20.108): “
The constitutional position of the living entity is that he is eternally a servant of Kṛṣṇa.” If one takes that position, he is saved; otherwise not.

“…So here also, we assemble here as society, friendship and love exactly like that, in the waves of māyā. Then nobody is your father, nobody is your mother, nobody is your sister, nobody… It is simply māyic, illusory combination. Illusory combination, temporary combination. And we are so much attached to this combination that we are refusing to go back to home, back to Godhead. This is our position.
Therefore we have to meet them in the battlefield of Kurukṣetra, and if required, we have to kill them and execute the order of Kṛṣṇa. This is our position. If we are thinking that “In this material existence I shall be safe, assisted by my society, friendship, love, country, and politics and sociology,” “No, no, sir, it is not possible.” It is not possible.
You have to take care of yourself. Your so-called society, friendship, love, country, nation and this, never will be able to help you. Because you are under the clutches of māyā.
Daivī hy eṣā guṇamayī mama māyā duratyayā [Bg. 7.14].
prakṛteḥ kriyamāṇāni
guṇaiḥ karmāṇi sarvaśaḥ
ahaṅkāra-vimūḍhātmā
kartāham iti manyate
[Bg. 3.27]
You are under the clutches of māyā. You have no independence. Neither anyone has got any independence to save you. That is not possible.
The same example as I gave sometime, that you learn how to drive aeroplane. So you go high in the sky. But if you are in danger, no other aeroplane can help you. You are finished. Therefore you must be a very careful pilot to take care of yourself.
Similarly, in this material world everyone individually has to take care of himself, how he can be saved from the clutches of māyā. That is Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement. A teacher can give you hints.
The ācārya can give you hints that “You can be saved in this way.” But the execution of the duties, that is in your hand. If you perform the spiritual duties rightly, then you are saved. Otherwise, even ācārya gives you instruction, if you don’t follow, so how he can save you? He can save you by instruction, by his mercy, as much as possible. But you have to take it in your hands seriously…”

What Is a ‘Vaccine’?
In September 2021, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shocked medical experts by changing the definition of a vaccine from “a product that produces immunity therefore protecting the body from the disease,” to “a preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against diseases” eg mRNA Gene Therapies.
The key change is that a “vaccine” no longer produces immunity, so it no longer protects you against the disease. It only stimulates an immune response against a given disease. This definition was obviously contrived to describe the limited function of the COVID-19 gene therapy injections, which do not make you immune and can’t prevent you from getting or spreading the infection.
By any definition of a vaccine in use before 2021, the COVID shot is not a vaccine. At best, the shot will reduce your symptoms. This also means they cannot, ever, produce herd immunity. This despite the redefinition of herd immunity, from being something produced as a result of natural infection, to something resulting from mass-vaccination.
Definition of Herd Immunity No Longer Has Scientific Basis
The WHO changed their definition of herd immunity in October 2020, likely in anticipation of the global mass vaccination campaign. To reiterate, in the past, herd immunity meant when enough people had acquired immunity to an infectious disease, such that the disease could no longer spread widely in the community.
Before science introduced vaccinations, herd immunity was achieved by exposure to and recovery from normal exposures to an infectious disease. Courtesy of the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine, before October 2020, the WHO’s definition of herd immunity included both vaccine immunity and “immunity developed through previous infection.”
However, in October 2020, the updated definition dropped natural immunity altogether. The current definition now reads as follows:
“‘Herd immunity’, also known as ‘population immunity’, is a concept used for vaccination, in which a population can be protected from a certain virus if a threshold of vaccination is reached.”
Adding insult to injury, they also specify that “Herd immunity is achieved by protecting people from a virus, not by exposing them to it.” This totally ignores the billions of people throughout history who have been infected naturally with measles, mumps, chicken pox and other infectious diseases, and who now have lifelong immunity to those diseases thanks to their natural infection, as opposed to vaccines that wane and need regular boosters.
mRNA gene ‘therapy’ injections have never before been used or approved for Human use. Most of the animals used in ‘trials’ died and the current trial period doesn’t finish until 2023.
Definition of ‘Fully Vaccinated’ May Soon Be Rewritten
Speaking of boosters, the rollout of COVID jab boosters means the CDC will most likely rewrite the definition of “fully vaccinated” as well. As reported by Axios, October 22, 2021:
“Currently, the CDC’s definition is the following: ‘Fully vaccinated persons are those who are ≥14 days post-completion of the primary series of an FDA-authorized COVID-19 vaccine’ … ‘We may need to update our definition of ‘fully vaccinated’ in the future,’ [CDC director Rochelle] Walensky said during a press briefing.”
It’s not complicated to understand what such a redefinition will mean. It means that anyone who has received the initial single- or double-dose of COVID “vaccine” will magically be considered unvaccinated again once a certain amount of time has elapsed. As noted by The Atlantic, the term “fully vaccinated,” if redefined, will lose its meaning.
Not surprisingly, the CDC director’s comments are a complete reversal of her position in late September 2021. According to The Epoch Times, at that time she said officials were not considering changing the definition of “fully vaccinated.”
Just one month later, at the end of October 2021, The Epoch Times reported Walensky was now suggesting that the definition “may change as boosters become more commonplace.” Coincidentally, just five days after that, the CDC announced their recommendations for a booster shot for everyone, even suggesting a fourth dose for certain immunocompromised individuals.
