ISKCON-DOM: Dear Members of ISKCON, Past, Present and Future, as well as the approximately 32,000,000,000 Devotees who will go Back to Godhead as a Result of Srila Prabhupada’s Preaching over the next 10,000 Years,

We offer you our most humble obeisances at the Lotus Feet of Srila Prabhupada.

The “DIRECTION OF MANAGEMENT”, the founding source document of the GBC, has been hidden from the Temple Presidents and rank and file ISKCON devotees for the last 40 years.  You are invited to join this website forum to learn about the DOM, and to experience for yourself what Srila Prabhupada had in mind, which was a simple, pure network of localized ISKCON temples with the loose monitoring by a GBC elected every 3 years.  Had the DOM been obeyed and honored by the newly created GBC, the Krishna Consciousness Movement would have spread like wildfire all over the world, into every town and every village.

Bhakta das says that in 1972 or in 1973, Srila Prabhupada wrote a letter to him stating that “If you continue preaching as you are now, then in 25 years, our Krishna Consciousness Movement will be the only religion on this planet.”
>From this quote we can understand that the forced centralization of ISKCON by the ISKCON Leaders, against Srila Prabhupada’s Desire, has prevented the ISKCON Movement from becoming “the only religion on this planet”, which according to Srila Prabhupada would have taken place 10-15 years ago.

This website http://www.iskcon-dom.com contains a large amount of data pertaining to the DOM.  In the near future, a shorter and simplified narrative version will take place, with the data contained herein.  We will have sections for readers comments, discussion, and we will listen carefully for suggestions of improvement for the format, content and arrangement of the pages, as we wish this to be a genuine Istagosthi for the study of what conclusions we find that Srila Prabhupada wished us to reach.
