   I have just heard your fascinating VP offering to Srila Prabhupada. I contacted you back in the mid 1990s re: moving with my family to Bangalore. Since then I’ve taken re-re-iniation from an ISKCON guru. I’m well aquainted with the ongoing dichotomy regarding the diksa and guru puja process in ISKCON. I can’t tell you how painfull it is to be in so much doubt about this whole process and can only consider this abhoration due to the henious crimes I’ve perpetrated on others in previous lifetimes.

   I have to admit that I found your open disclosure of your determination to accept complete shelter at the lotus feet of Srila Prabhuapada very refreshing and enlivening and despite my normal disinterest in this sordid affair at the highest status of ISKCON management, am again rekindled to take up a more active role.

   You may not know me , but I am the devotee that introduced Krishnakant Desai to ISKCON when he was at the tender age of 15 years during a visit to his home. I must have been around 23 back then. Now I’m 53 this month and feel acute embarressment at still not knowing for sure whether I am the disciple of Srila A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada or HH Jayapataka Swami – Bhagavan Dasa or the late Jayatirtha prabhu.

   Thank you for remaining such a strong minded individual for the sake of truth and integrity in the face of so much confusion of our time. I visited Stoka Krishna prabhu and the devotees at the Mysore temple in 2003 and did some nice kirtans for them as I’m a musician from birth. I have a special God-given talent of presenting KC in my own style, following in the footsteps of the previous Acharyas, but do feel a wasted space at times. Yaduraja prabhu knows me well and I feel sad that I’ve lost his sanga over the years due to contrary opinions re: ISKCON ETC ETC ETC.
