Reply to Rohith Kaushik | B. Radha-Govinda

June 03, Gita Nagari, Port Royal, PA — Rohith Kaushik prabhu asks in his article, “Is it worth the cost of bringing down the reputation our entire society to the drain in one blow?”

For the GBC, it is “worth it.” (That’s why they’re doing it.) Money and power to these individuals, as well as presenting themselves as the absolute ISKCON “authority” (despite their deviations both as individuals and as a collective body, their trying to promote themselves as such for the sake of both money and power), is most important. They don’t give a damn about Srila Prabhupada, about Srila Prabhupada’s ISKCON – other than what they can “milk” from it – and certainly they don’t give a damn about the devotees.

They see the devotees and other people in regards to how much money, glorification, and service they can TAKE from such individuals. Their ambition to continue to procure such is THATimportant to them, that they’ve thrown out so many genuine devotees from Srila Prabhupada’s ISKCON temples, pressured out other genuine devotees, who were so disheartened to see such ongoing and increasing deviations on the part of the GBC, various gurus, SINyasis on down the line, and have done whatever they “felt necessary” to do, to get RID of anyone who will NOT accept their deviations and sick perversity.

The GBC does NOT want genuine devotees who adhere to Srila Prabhupada’s desires. (My writing here does not have anything with regard to any initiation system for after Srila Prabhupada’s physical departure from the planet.)

The GBC does NOT want devotees who have intelligence, who will use it to ask questions regarding GBC deviations, etc. The GBC does NOT want anyone who THEY will see as “a competitor.” The GBC wants ALL of these people OUT!!! and will do ANYTHING (including murder) to get rid of such devotees, including Madhupandit prabhu and those devotees in Bangalore temple.

To the GBC, it does NOT matter what GOOD things Madhupandit prabhu and the devotees of Bangalore ISKCON have done. (In fact, WHEREVER ANY devotee resides, when they do something GOOD in terms of preaching / spreading Krishna consciousness, if the devotee is not doing it directly FOR the GBC, the GBC will become upset and in so many cases will try to STOP that devotee’s efforts, through use of various methods.The GBC even resorts to BEATING UP AND/OR MURDERING devotees. Devotees (who are not GBC controlled robots) successful preaching efforts BOTHER the GBC, becausematerialists that the GBC are – or have become, (take your pick) – they see it asCOMPETITION and a THREAT!!! to them, their thinking that it might cause some diminishing on their power and money making.

So for the GBC, everything is related to what they can get (materialistically), both as individuals and a collective body, which really goes back to the first; their being part of this GBC body in terms of what such a position can bring for themselves materially.

They don’t give a damn about Srila Prabhupada, the devotees, Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu’s preaching mission, and if it means destroying all of the above for their own personal aggrandizement, they will resort to any means, including getting rid of Madhupandit prabhu, his devotees, and anyone else they perceive as a “threat” to their (materialistic) objectives.

Those possessed of demonic mentality, are so sickened in consciousness that even if it means blowing up the whole world to get what it is they want, they will do so, (even if its simply to satisy their thinking and prove to themselves, “I’m possessed of so much power, that I could blow up the world”).

Krishna in chapter 16 of Bhagavad Gita gives us an understanding of the demonic mentality:

4) Arrogance, pride, anger, conceit, harshness and ignorance – these qualities belong to those of demoniac nature

7) Those who are demoniac do not know what is to be done and what is not to be done. Neither cleanliness nor proper behavior nor truth is found in them.

9) …the demoniac, who are lost to themselves and who have no intelligence, engage in unbeneficial, horrible works meant to destroy the world.

10) The demoniac, taking shelter of insatiable lust, pride and false prestige, and being thus illusioned, are always sworn to unclean work, attracted by the impermanent.

11,12) They believe that to gratify the senses unto the end of life is the prime necessity of human civilization. Thus there is no end to their anxiety. Being bound by hundreds and thousands of desires, by lust and anger, they secure money by illegal means for sense gratification.

13 – 15) The demoniac person thinks: “So much wealth do I have today, and I will gain more according to my schemes. So much is mine now, and it will increase in the future, more and more. He is my enemy, and I have killed him; and my other enemy will also be killed. I am the lord of everything. I am the enjoyer. I am perfect, powerful and happy. I am the richest man, surrounded by aristocratic relatives. There is none so powerful and happy as I am. I shall perform sacrifices, I shall give some charity, and thus I shall rejoice.” In this way, such persons are deluded by ignorance.
