A liberated person enjoys happiness by factual experience | Bhagavad-gita

TRANSLATION
Bhagavad-gita 5.24 — One whose happiness is within, who is active within, who rejoices within and is illumined within, is actually the perfect mystic. He is liberated in the Supreme, and ultimately he attains the Supreme.

PURPORT BY SRILA PRABHUPADA
Unless one is able to relish happiness from within, how can one retire from the external engagements meant for deriving superficial happiness? A liberated person enjoys happiness by factual experience. He can, therefore, sit silently at any place and enjoy the activities of life from within. Such a liberated person no longer desires external material happiness. This state is called brahma-bhuta, attaining which one is assured of going back to Godhead, back to home.

  1. pamho agtACBSP,

when daily hearing krsna katha by SRILA PRABHUPADA I’m still waiting to reach brahma-bhuta platform to enjoy happiness by factual experience.

Without doubt we can become liberated person in a second as soon as we surrender to SRI SRI GURU GAURANGA by keeping the association with the Bhagavatam and the holy name to revive our original spiritual body which is connected to eternal happiness by factual experience.

Anyone can get this blessing in this age by the mercy of the most magnanimous avatara, SRI GAURANGA MAHAPRABHU.

SRI NARADA MUNI became famous for HIS bhakti because HE got the blessing of great sages whose only business was to read SRIMAD BHAGAVATAM and chant the holy name.

In the same way we also can become great wise men by getting the blessing of SRILA PRABHUPADA by associating with HIM by daily lectures of SRIMAD BHAGAVATAM.

Then, srnvantam sva kathah krsnah punya sravana kirtanah hrdy antah stho hy abhadrani vidhunoti suhrt satam (SRIMAD BHAGAVATAM 1.2.17) and when we get completely pure by following this process we find out the best friend within our hearts.

This is for me the happiness by factual experience.
May be it takes ages – i do not know.

What i know is that everything is moving by Krsna therefore i will never leave this sublime spiritual practice because Krsna can move everything in the right direction.

In a second – we have no choice but to accept it, because until we get the brahma-bhuta stage we are considered still blind regarding this spiritual enjoyment by factual experience.
