April 1, 2012 — ISKCON Bangalore celebrated Sri Rama Navami, the appearance of Lord Sri Ramachandra with great pomp and gaiety, Sri Sri Krishna-Balaram were adorned in Sri Sri Rama-Lakshman alankar and Sri Sri Radha Krishna-chandra in Sri Sri Sita Rama Alankar. Palakki utsav of Their Lordship Sri Sita Rama with the ecstatic kirtans were taken around the temple. The festival celebrations also included Rama Taraka Yajna, Shayana arati with a special kirtan – Nama Ramayana.
