Haribol,
what is the reason that at Hare Krishna Movement only Sri Krishna Balarama are inaugurated?
ys avidas
hare krsna avidas
the reason is that SRI BALARAMA is the original guru and without HIS mercy one is not able to approach SRI KRSNA, THEY are not different from SRI SRI GAURA NITAI agtys ys a.c seva das haribol
Pranams….One of my godbrothers, direct discipels of Srila Prabhuapda wrote to me “Regarding all the godbrothers you mentioned who went to Sridhar Maharaj for ‘sanga’, they are mostly “separatists” who wanted out of ISKCON. They are “better” than Madhu Pandit Das, who wants to “swallow” ISKCON and call it his own!
What I mean by “better than Madhu Pandit Das” is that at least those men were honest about not wanting to remain within ISKCON. Madhu wants ISKCON to bow down to him! He’s right, even if everyone in ISKCON – and traditional vaishnava and vedic scholars outside of ISKCON – all agree that the guru does NOT continue to give initiation after his leaving the material body.
No doubt about it nobody rejects the idea of having genuine living gurus who enlighten humanity with transcendental knowledge.
Western scholars of religion still need time to think about it all – 41 fallen ISKCON diksa-gurus who were supposed to respiritualize Western society which is based on Christian values since two thousand years.
Prabhupada was often challenged – “why another religion?”
Did Prabhupada come to New York at the age of 70 to start a global Sankirtan movement for – “respiritualization of the entire human society” – with 41 fallen gurus already after 35 years? Parampara continuation within Gaudiya-matha succession in similiar nebulous condition?
Those gurus officiating right now based upon, let’s wait and see what happens – no guarantee if these gurus are able to remain in office in the long term? New disciples have to take this risk and give it a try?
Now how one can call this “respiritualization of the entire human society”?
Agreed, Christians don’t follow 4regs (although number of supporters has increased). But the core of their religion, Lord Jesus, remains above suspicion.
Prabhupada: “You remain in your place. You remain Christian. Simply you lend your ear to the discourses given by realized souls. This is recommended.”
Wouldnt it be honest, instead of presenting suffering, fallen, mislead humanity, gurus with unknown spiritual status, to rather instruct them to remain Christians? And, as Prabhupada explains above, “lend your ear to the discourses given by realized souls. This is recommended.”
Btw why do you bring up ISKCON Bangalore? You are about to kick out the Bangalore devotees by court decision. So there is no reason to discuss ISKCON Bangalore, you kicked them out already. Krishna will take care, don’t worry.
Dandavats. Can anyone let know me where I could get the silver conch used for the abishek during the inauguration ceremony.
Thanks.
