The reason milk is so cheap is that cows are treated like milk machines and killed prematurely. But there is another way. My book, COWS AND THE EARTH, is the story of a farm where no cows or bulls are killed, where calves stay with their mothers, where oxen plough the land, and where no fossil fuels are used. This is the future of farming. I made this video to introduce my book.
