You must see that they strictly follow the regulative principles, the four prohibitions as well as the devotional practices of arising early, taking morning bath, putting on tilaka, attending mangal arati, chanting japa 16 rounds, and attending Srimad Bhagavatam class. This is the duty of all my initiated disciples, whether they are big or they are small. Actually in our movement there is no such thing as big or small. Everyone is a devotee. So everyone is expected to follow the devotional practices.

ALL GLORIES TO HIS DIVINE GRACE A.C.BHAKTIVEDANTA SWAMI SRILA PRABHUPADA!—Prabhus,I very much like and respect your website. However,I have ONE (1) VERY REAL PROBLEM:When did Madhu Pandit become “SRI MADHU PANDIT dasa”?Does he really possess ALL SIX OPULENCES IN FULL?Please stop this sort of worship.Does Madhu Pandit dasa really want to be addressed as SRI? Are we not all servants of the servants? We all pray to become lower than a blade of grass.I honestly want to serve any sincere servant of SRILA PRABHUPADA but this cult of “SRI MADHU PANDIT dasa” does not attract me.Sorry Prabhus.
ALL GLORIES TO HIS DIVINE GRACE A.C.BHAKTIVEDANTA SWAMI SRILA PRABHUPADA!–Prabhus, may I commend you for printing my E-mail which was/is critical of promoting Madhu Pandit dasa to “SRI MADHU PANDIT DASA”.I have sent this same E-mail to various Prabhupadanuga websites and NEVER ONCE WAS MY POSITION PRINTED.So you are a very honest website and I am sure that SRILA PRABHUPADA is pleased by your humble stance—that you will print a critisism is proof of humility.Just one more thing:Why is he still referred to as “SRI”?Will all of yourselves soon be referred to as SRI?Where will it stop? And is it actually correct to refer to Madhu Pandit dasa as “SRI”?Honestly—IS IT?If it is then convince me from SRILA PRABHUPADA’s written and/or spoken sastra. If it is not correct then please stop it and acknowledge your mistake. No one will blame you for becoming too worshipful of Madhu Pandit dasa–he actually is a great and fearless Vaisnava. But can we take it upon ourselves to start a cult-like worship of certain Vainavas and throw around a “SPECIAL TITLE” — A.K.A. “SRI” — just like we we say “Sir” in the karmi world? I for one will never be comfortable with special honourary titles for the servants of the servants of SRILA PRABHUPADA.This reminds me of the Zonal-Guru Scam. Anyways, thank you for taking the trouble of acknowleging my worries.I remain your servant,Devaki Nandana dasa. JAI RADHE!
Might be in South India same like Mr.
Babylon.com:
“Sri, also transliterated as Shri or Shree or shre is a word of Sanskrit origin, used in the Indian subcontinent as polite form of address equivalent to the English “Mr.” in written and spoken language, or as a title of veneration for deities (usually translated as “Holy”).”
Prabhupada usually used the term “Sriman” when addressing his disciples.
This is to certify that my disciples, Sriman Acyutananda Brahmacari, Sriman Jaya Govinda Brahmacari, and Sriman Harivilasa Brahmacari, are sent to India under my instruction to study Sanskrit, Hindi, and Bengali.

I accept Sriman Ram das and Sriman Dayasara das for second initiation. Their sacred threads are duly chanted on and are enclosed. Brahmin means to be clean—inside by always chanting the Lord’s glories, and outside by regular bathing.

Similar like “guru” – in South India even elementary teacher at grade school is addressed as guru.

ALL GLORIES TO HIS DIVINE GRACE A.C.BHAKTIVEDANTA SWAMI SRILA PRABHUPADA!–Prabhus, then Madhu Pandit dasa should be referred to a “Sriman Madhu Pandit dasa”—Did SRILA PRABHUPADA ever refer to any of His servants as “SRI”–NO! By the way, I have taken the time and energy to write iskconbangalore.com on this subject/complaint and THEY HAVE NEVER ONCE acknowledged my E-mails. As I wrote before, your website is THE ONLY WEBSITE WITH THE HUMILITY TO PRINT MY COMPLAINT. I very much respect you devotees for doing this and I am sure that SRILA PRABHUPADA is also pleased by your humility and truthfulness. Please consider carefully if you will allow your excellent journal to degenerate into a cult-like worship of certain Ritvik personalities. If you take this path I do not expect that SRILA PRABHUPADA will be pleased. I remain your servant, Devaki Nandana dasa JAI RADHE!
Devaki Nandana know nothing about Sri that is why he is doing all this nonsense.
