“So far as girls or boys lecturing in the morning, that doesn’t make any difference. Either girl or boy devotees may deliver lecture if they choose to do. We have no such distinction of bodily designations, male or female. Krishna Consciousness is on the spiritual platform. all respect for the gentle sex but it is not a question of dress but of actual realization. Like Gangamata gosvamini who is a fully self-realized pure Vaishnavi.
Although in present age of kali yuga they say out of ten men, nine men are stupid fools, vedic scripture teaches Varnasrama dharma that there are different levels of intelligence – academic (brahmana), administrative authority (ksatriya), farmer/businessman (vaisya), mechanic (sudra).
To be sarvopadhi – free from false designation – one has to be nistham, steady in his realization beyond the bodily concept of life (brahma-bhuta).
Then Krsna becomes the personal speaker in the heart of such a bona fide devotee, like Sukadeva gosvami.
Prabhupada always initiated girls in the same way as boys and educated both equally to become bona fide Vaishnava brahmanas. By reading SRIMAD BHAGAVATAM any girl and man can become perfect through daily association of the maha-bhagavata person and the maha-bhagavata book. This is wanted. Deviants posing as acarya are not able to reach the hearts of people in general and turn them into god-conscious bhaktas.

Why some body wants to accept ones own disciples when some one particularly is not authorized in the disciplic succession ?
Can a brahma-bhuta self-realized soul accept one’s own disciples in the Samstha, Institution of His Spiritual Master?
