Where is the GBC of ISKCON?
KDas: Pada makes the same mistake as the GBC / gurus. They took advice from the Gaudiya-math about the position of the guru. The math gurus told the ISKCON gurus they must be treated as absolute authorities. The guru cannot be subject to the dictations of anyone or anything. Pada says the same thing, even though Prabhupada set up a GBC specifically for the purpose of NOT making an acharya, an autonomous absolute authority, or eleven of them, or one hundred and ten. NO ONE should be above the GBC. But Pada says, “Oh, just see, the GBC is above the gurus, therefore the gurus aren’t bonafide..” No, Pada, YOU aren’t bona-fide, you never understood this one simple instruction from Srila Prabhupada. “The GBC shall be the Governing Body for the society, NOT PADA!” (My quote)

[PADA: OK except — there is no ISKCON GBC at the present time in corporate ISKCON? In 1978 the entire GBC said they are now subordinated to the 11 gurus, who are now going to rule over the rest of ISKCON and the other GBC members as “the acharya board.” The “acharya board” then established many position papers, GBC annual reports, and various legal documents, penned along with various Gaudiya Matha guru people, which has formed ALL the rules currently in place for the management and gurus of ISKCON.
Not one single document has ever been retracted, declared as bogus, etc. that we know of. All of these bogus documents are on the GBC’s document sites, standing as valid documents. Narayana Maharaja for example helped Satsvarupa write “The Guru Reform notebook”, this document not only has not been retracted, most of the 1986 “gurus” voted in by “the reformers” are still considered to be gurus in ISKCON such as Ravindra Swarupa, Trivrikrama, Jayadvaita etc.? Has the guru status of these people ever been retracted? No, so that means Narayana Maharaja’s is their authority even up to the present day. His advice is still being used as a core principle of the society.
All of these position papers, GBC reports, lectures given by the GBC, legal papers, and many other items penned in 1978 with Sridhara Maharaja for example, are currently recognized by the entire management of ISKCON as valid documents. In other words, statements made by Sridhara Maharaja, for example — that gurus fall down and should be replaced by “voting in” another wave of gurus every year at Mayapura, is the exact policy that is now used by the GBC / gurus (or whatever you want to call them), so they are all disciples of the Gaudiya Matha. Guru voting was ordered by NM and Sridhara Maharaja and that is the current policy of ISKCON.
That means current ISKCON is now a branch of the Sridhara Maharaja movement. Sridhara Maharaja also had a homosexual guru program, as does the current corporate ISKCON. SM said gurus fall down, and the alleged GBC says the same thing. SM said the GBC are the diksha gurus and Srila Prabhupada is only a neophyte shiksha guru, and the GBC says the same thing. SM said that gurus are often mad fools and debauchees, and the GBC says the same thing. SM said that when the guru is acting like a drunken womanizing fool we have to “wait and see” if he will once again become a Vaikuntha man, the GBC says and does the same thing. And so on and so forth.
PADA never said we cannot follow a GBC, we said, there is none in current corporate ISKCON. There is simply another Gaudiya Matha styled bogus guru program which the leaders have established as the policy for the society. PADA never said we are the GBC of ISKCON. We said that only people who follow Srila Prabhupada can take that post, and these people are not doing so. We are therefore making another movement in Bangalore / Singapore and other places, with our own independent GBC, which follows the orders to make the leaders the siksa gurus and Srila Prabhupada as the diksha guru. We are doing things ourselves because we do not want to be part of the “kill guru and become guru” Gaudiya Matha. If any of these bogus documents has ever been retracted, declared as bogus etc. — please show us where that was done? ys pd
