Seminar for bogus IskCon Gurus on “Being a Guru in ISK’CON
Seminar on “Being a Guru in ISKCON”
Dear Maharajas and prabhus,
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
I am writing to invite you to participate in ISKCON’s “Spiritual Leadership:
“Being a Guru in ISKCON,” this upcoming February 17-20, 2013 in Mayapura.
The 4-day seminar covers many pertinent topics, including:
- Role and Identity of the Guru in ISKCON
- Principles of Spiritual/Guru Leadership
- Relationship with the ISKCON Institution
- Guru-Management Dynamics
- Guru-Disciple Relationship
- Care of Disciples
- Pastoral Skills
- Spiritual Health
- Peer Association
The Guru Seminar is highly interactive and provides opportunities to share realizations with fellow senior Vaishnavas. It was organized by the GBC Guru Services Committee with the direct input of senior leaders including Bhakti Charu Swami, Jayapataka Swami, Radhanatha Swami, Ravindra Svarupa prabhu and other senior devotees and educators.
As per ISKCON Law this Seminar is mandatory for devotees who take up the service of diksha guru. The GBC also “highly recommends” it for siksa gurus, senior managers and other ISKCON leaders.
The Guru Seminar will be offered once in 2013, at Mayapura from February 17-20. Timings will be 10 am to 1 pm, and 3 pm to 6 pm daily.
The Seminar is open to ISKCON gurus (diksa and siksa), sanyasis, regiona directors, temple presidents and other senior leaders who have at least ten years of active service in ISKCON. (References may be required.)
Space is limited, so please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to attend. To register please email Padmanayana prabhu the administrator of the Mayapura Institute at <padmanayana@gmail.com> and copy myself Prahladananda Swami at Prahladananda.Swami@pamho.net.
Thank you very much. I look forward to hearing from you.
Your servant,
Prahladananda Swami
Guru Services Committee Chairman
This sounds like a ‘board meeting’ for Monsanto or something. Who do these morons think they are kidding?……”the Guru Seminar is highly interactive”……Just WHO are they interacting with? If they want ”INTERACTIVE” let’s invite a TV crew an some REAL objective viewpoints based on Srila Prabhupada’s real wishes. Just hearing the names of these individuals makes me nauseous! If you put 5 monkeys in a barrel what do you think they are going to do?

This is really a bandito frog gunda, I mean the more one is spiritual disabled and the more one tries to usurp SRILA PRABHUPADA position as diksa guru, then the expression of his face is very clearly looking like a living dead. There is no trace of spiritual jubilation on his fake reflection through his sad expression, because SRILA PRABHUPADA is not there but only their stink false egos, that’s why they don’t look jubilants.
They smile and try to make a show that they are jubilant, but it is just a show and not real. Anyway what can be done, they will learn in the next life what they failed to learn now due to their strong tendencies to be the frog masters.

Note: Srila Prabhupada wrote in such a way as to inform us that THESE guys are DEMONIAC:
Bg 16.4 P The Divine And Demoniac Natures
In this verse, the royal road to hell is described. The DEMONIAC WANT TO MAKE A SHOW OF RELIGION AND ADVANCEMENT IN SPIRITUAL SCIENCE, ALTHOUGH THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE PRINCIPLES. THEY ARE ALWAYS ARROGANT or proud in possessing some type of education or so much wealth. THEY DESIRE TO BE WORSHIPED BY OTHERS, AND DEMAND RESPECTABILITY, ALTHOUGH THEY DO NOT COMMAND RESPECT. Over trifles they become very angry and speak harshly, not gently. They do not know what should be done and what should not be done. THEY DO EVERYTHING WHIMSICALLY, ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN DESIRE, AND THEY DO NOT RECOGNIZE ANY AUTHORITY.
These people were like bugs in personal association with Srila Prabhupada:
SPL Calcutta 20 February, 1972
So far personal association with the Guru is concerned, I was only with my Guru Maharaja four or five times, but I have never left his association, not even for a moment. Because I am following his instructions, I have never felt any separation. There are some of my Godbrothers here in India who had constant personal association with Guru Maharaja, but who are neglecting his orders. This is just like the bug who is sitting on the lap of the king. He may be very puffed-up by his position, but all he can succeed in doing is biting the king. Personal association is not so important as association through service.
Very interesting…so now the ISHCON ‘guroos’ have to go to ‘guroo-kul’ to learn how to be a good guroo!
Is there a sastric reference for this??
Yhs.
