kindly note the following comments by Srila Prabhupada regarding sahajiyas:

Srila Prabhupāda: That will happen. Sahajiyā.

Hari-śauri: Posing himself as a big, learned man.

Srila Prabhupāda: My Guru Mahārāja used to say, “When our men will be sahajiyā, he will be more dangerous.

Satsvarūpa: Our own men.

Srila Prabhupāda: Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura, he said that “When our men will be sahajiyā, oh, they’ll be more dangerous.” So our men are becoming, some of them, sahajiyās. This very word he said, that “When our men will be sahajiyās he’ll be more dangerous.”

Hari-śauri: Without any proper realization, on the basis of being able to read Sanskrit, they delve into all kinds of books, and then they pick fault—”Oh, this rule is not being followed. This is wrong. This is wrong.”
Satsvarūpa: “We don’t chant sixty-four rounds, so that is very bad. We’ll never make any progress.”

Srila Prabhupāda: Sahajiyā. (Srila Prabhupada room conversation – January 24, 1977, Bhuvanesvara, Orissa, India)

Srila Prabhupada: “Therefore those who are sahajiyās, they simply go to the pastimes of Lord Kṛṣṇa with the gopīs. Other things, “Oh, no, no. That is not Kṛṣṇa’s pastimes. That is not Kṛṣṇa’s pastimes.” That is, they differentiate the absolute activities of the Absolute. That is called sahajiyā. The sahajiyās will never read Bhagavad-gītā, will never read. (sarcastic:) Because they have been elevated to the mellows of conjugal love. Therefore they have no interest in Bhagavad-gītā. They say… Or when you discuss Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam on the philosophical point, janmādy asya  [SB 1.1.1], they also do not attend. If you discuss on the philosophy of Upaniṣad and Vedānta, they’ll not attend. I have seen it. In Rādhā-kuṇḍa, sometime in 1934, my Guru Mahārāja was living, and he was discussing Upaniṣad. He was discussing Upaniṣad regularly. And the bābājīs… There are many bābājīs in Rādhā-kuṇḍa. First of all, they came, that “Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura has come, such a learned scholar and the establisher of Gauḍīya Maṭha.” So out of curiosity they came. And when they saw that he was discussing Upaniṣad, gradually they stopped coming. So my Guru Mahārāja recommended that These people are not living in Rādhā-kuṇḍa. They are living in Nāraka-kuṇḍa.” I have heard it personally.
Srila Prabhupada lecture on Srimad-Bhagavatam 6.3.20-23 — Gorakhpur, India February 14, 1971  :

Srila Prabhupāda: Why should we bother about this and that?

Caraṇāravindam: Prabhupāda, you wrote in the Caitanya-caritāmṛta that the Caitanya mahā-mantra, śrī-kṛṣṇa-caitanya prabhu nityānanda, there is no offense to that. And so therefore in the Kali-yuga it is actually more beneficial…

Srila Prabhupāda: Offense is that what is spoken by the ācāryas, if you do not follow, that is offense. Guror avajñā. That is offense. To chant Gaura-Nitāi is no offense. But if our previous gurus have chanted śrī-kṛṣṇa-caitanya prabhu nityānanda śrī-advaita—why should we go beyond that? That is guror avajñā. Even there is no aparādha, because guru, Kavirāja Gosvāmī, has sung like that and my guru has sung, we should follow that. We should not make any deviation. That is guror avajñā śruti-śāstra-nindanam. Nāmno balād yasya hi pāpa-buddhiḥ. So it comes to be one of the items of the daśa-vidha-aparādha. Guror avajñā.

Caraṇāravindam: Should we consider that it’s more beneficial for people to hear bhaja śrī-kṛṣṇa-caitanya…

Srila Prabhupāda: Why? There is already… Why should you go here and there? There is already śrī-kṛṣṇa-caitanya prabhu nityānanda. Why you are so anxious to go out of it?

Caraṇāravindam: No, I’m saying is it more beneficial for people to hear that mantra than the Hare Kṛṣṇa mantra. Is it more beneficial for people to hear the Pañca-tattva mantra than the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā-mantra?

Srila Prabhupāda: Oh yes. You are going to Hare Kṛṣṇa through Nitāi-Gaura. Nitāiyer karuṇā habe braje rādhā-kṛṣṇa pābe. The principle is don’t try to manufacture. Because you are not experienced. So what nonsense you will manufacture, that will be offensive. Better go on, the simple thing.

Akṣayānanda: I know one devotee that chants Pañca-tattva mantra…

Srila Prabhupāda: Let them chant whatever. We shall chant like this, Pañca-tattva-śrī-kṛṣṇa-caitanya prabhu nityānanda śrī-advaita gadādhara śrīvāsādi-gaura-bhakta-vṛnda. I’ve explained that. Five features of Lord Caitanya.

Akṣayānanda: He chants that mantra on his beads.

Srila Prabhupāda: Who?

Akṣayānanda: That boy Richard in Rādhā-kuṇḍa.

Srila Prabhupāda: Rascal. That is his bad association. Therefore I say don’t follow these so-called Rādhā-kuṇḍa bābājīs. Nara-kuṇḍa bābājī. And they smoke biḍi. I have seen. Richard is still there? (Srila Prabhupada conversations : 1976 Conversations : September, 1976 : Garden Conversation — September 6, 1976, Vrndavana)

Srila Prabhupāda: Yes, two lines is sufficient.

Dhanañjaya: Punar muṣaka bhava. Punar muṣaka bhava.

Srila Prabhupāda: Yes. This is exactly the same case. Punar muṣaka bhava, you know the whole story? A muṣaka, a mouse, was made a tiger, and the tiger wanted to eat the saintly person who made him. First of all he was mouse. So he came to the saintly person. “Sir, I am troubled. Give me some benediction.” “What do you want?” “Now, the cat always chases.” “All right, you become cat so that you’ll not be attacked.” Then after some time he came. “I am being chased by the dog.” “All right, you become a dog.” From cat to dog, from mouse to… Then again he came. “Still, they are chasing me. Fox.” And then in this way, and ultimately he made a tiger. And after becoming a tiger, he began to look, staring on the… “What do you mean by this?” “I shall eat you.” “Oh? You become again a mouse.” (laughter) Again he became mouse. That’s all.

Punar muṣaka bhava: become again a mouse
Punar muṣaka bhava: “become again a mouse”

Hari-śauri: The perfect example.
Devotee: Now he looks like dirty. You know, like brown. The dhotī’s not white. It’s like brownish.

Srila Prabhupāda: He harassed. “He has not increased my…” Hearing and hearing, he wants to go. So why not, if he found some real disciplic succession, some bābājī, why he did not remain there? He is criticizing that our is not in the proper succession. So why he did not remain where he found the proper succession? Why he’s sometimes in Vṛndāvana, sometimes Delhi, sometimes here. Why he is loitering? Crazy. Unfortunate. Unnecessarily picking out some trouble.

Hari-śauri: Faultfinding.

Srila Prabhupāda: The bābājīs, they are against anything preaching. They are very, very much against preaching. So I am preaching. Bābājīs, the Māyāvādī sannyāsīs, and all of them, their idea is that I am ruining this bhajana and Hindu dharma. This is the propaganda. What I am writing, they are all wrong. And they are making… And they try to poison my disciples as far as possible so that the whole institution may be poisoned and break. This is their propaganda.

Hari-śauri: That was one thing that Nitāi put in his letter, that the teachings of ISKCON are completely opposite or contradictory to what is actually in the śāstra.

Srila Prabhupāda: Now he has become tiger. He wants to kill that philosophy. When he did not know anything he came to us. Now he has become learned, he wants to criticize. The same philosophy. “You have made me tiger, now I can see you are my eatable.” (laughs) He could not find out any other eatable. “I shall eat you.” The rascal. What can be done.
