Ships asailing

Everyone in this world is attracted by a person in the same category
No matter what yuga it is, it is always the same story
The demons love and promote each other, adoring their communal hate
While the Sadhus glorify Lord Sri Krsna and His associates unceasingly, and partake in a different fate

The demons invade, pillage, rape, murder, steal, abuse, occupy, molest and grope
Then form a commission to elect each other as incarnations of God by a 2/3 hands vote
Throwing away their timeless life for fleeting fame, a truly self-imposed farcical hope
Don’t they know it’s already been chewed before and currently it’s called the pope ?

All part of the cheating religions and the deceptions the atheist propagandists promote
They can’t even understand the miscarriage in the “scriptures” that they inaccurately wrote
Which bring them to don the clothes of sannyasi and apply fake tilak
But while enamored by all this invented nonsense, the Transcendental boat has left the dock

Why did they get left? What exactly did they do?
Well, Vaisnava-aparadha we reply, disobeying the orders of our Guru
Changing Sastra, changing initiations, changing dates of Ekadasi’s
Changing the offering of food, changing Mangala Aratik, offending, banning and killing devotees

Much, much more they have done, the information is coming out everyday
And due to this rascaldom we should hear what the Revealed Scriptures have to say
There have been others who were envious, thinking someone would eclipse their fame
Durvasa Muni and the King of Heaven, Lord Indra, are two of Their names

But they became sober, and recognized Their own self-deceit
And therefore fell flat in front of Maharaja Ambarasia and King Prthu respectively, and Their Lotus Feet
And both those Maha-Bhagavatas, so pure and glorious
Dismissed the offenses as nothing and both embraced the offender to His chest

We may agree Srila Prabhupada has forgiven the rakshashas, that is what Vaisnava’s do on Their visit
But check the Sastra one and all, because certainly Lord Krsna isn’t
Or He doesn’t or He won’t, because He is the Supreme Lord
And He never takes lightly those who obstruct His faithful devotees like Srila Prabhupada, who distribute His unmolested Words

And since the demons won’t fall like a stick and repent to Srila Prabhupada, their destiny is close
As Sri Yamaraja and the Yamadutas are always out patrolling, stalking the bandits with Their ropes
“What a shame ! What a waste !” the Sadhus exclaim, as the shore disappears from sight
“we all went through the same 8,399,999 species to get here, but they just couldn’t embrace eternal life.”

The aspiring devotees always try their best, explaining the Truth to their sibling atheists
Even though Mahaprabhu prohibited it, Srila Prabhupada and his devotees still take on all risks
Explaining diligently what to say, what to eat, what to do and what to not,
But instead of going back to Godhead, they desire to stay here and rot

They have been given all Truths, but they don’t want to hear what anyone has to say
Whether in the past or the future or even Srila Prabhupada speaking today
Ignoring all the warnings, obnoxiously they fall prey
Deciding to ignore black and white, repetitively trying to exploit the gray

By so doing, they experience the forms of artificial life over and over again
All because of greed, anger and lust, which has manifested into the most egregious sin
The Padma Purana explains disobeying the Guru is the worst offense to commit
And for such vikarmic behavior, admission to the Kingdom of Krsna one does not ever get

Lord Brahma created this universe so one can exhibit this tendency
And it lasts for trillions of years and births for us to lord over all we see
It is because one incorrectly thinks imitation is the highest form of flattery
However, fundamentally, imitation is the highest form of jealously and envy

So when following gravely is not the goal to which we aspire,
Then on the horizon percolates the winds of an apocalyptic fire
Lord Siva watching all, enraged, says enough is enough is enough
And starts dancing on the order of Lord Sankarsana, turning everything into dust

But the Vaikuntha bound vessel sails on, Srila Prabhupada expertly navigating the ship
Further and farther on the way Back Home, O Krsna, what a magnificent return trip
With stops on the way, picking up more passengers who submit to Them
Yeah we were all looking for rocks here, but miraculously found the most valuable gems

They were there all along, just waiting for the end of our material hunger
So merciful, so benevolent so compassionate, our Sri Sri Guru and Guaranga
To Them and the ever enchanting melody known as the Maha-mantra
We can only attempt to reciprocate the love and devotion shown to us, Hare Krsna Hare Rama
