JAYADVAITA’S ANTI RITVIK CLASS

Jayadvaita - The devil of book changes

Jayadvaita – The devil of book changes

Srila Prabhupada: A devil cannot cite scripture. Angel can cite scripture. And according to our acharyas, Sanatana Goswami, he says that “Don’t hear scriptures from the devil.” Avaisnava-mukhodgirnam putam hari-kathamrtam sravanam naiva kartavyam” If a devil’s preaching about God, don’t hear.  If you say, “God is pure, so let me hear about God. It doesn’t matter whether he is devil or angel. It doesn’t matter.” No. The argument is sarpocchistam payo yatha. Just like milk is very nourishing food, but if it is touched by the lips, by the tongue of a serpent, it becomes poison. Sarpocchistam payo yatha. You cannot bring the milk which is touched by the serpent’s tongue. (Room Conversation, London,  August 14, 1971)

JAYADVAITA’S ANTI RITVIK CLASS

Jayadvaita “Swami” gave a short Srimad Bhagavatam class, preferring to ask the audience for questions in the remaining 1/2 hour. One of the last questions was from a devotee from Bahrain stating the riviks are coming in Bahrain and preaching, he asks Jayadavita what to do and if they will go back to Godhead? Please listen to his reply which starts at 49.10 minutes:

Hearing one word from JAS is enough to make one pukemilk touched by the lips of a SERPENT!

Jayadvaita talks of “disciplic succession” but SUCCESSION  means an PROMINENT ACARYA SUCCEEDS the former one. And there is NO PROMINENT Acarya TO SUCCEED Srila Prabhupada. So this is just word Jadadvaita’s Jugglery of words.

JAS thinks that following the disciplic succession  means throwing some ghee and wood into the fire, and this is initiation, but even for that to take place, he must be authorized by the previous acarya.  So in 1977,  when did they get specifically authorized by Srila Prabhupada ass  diksha gurus?. Also JAS forgets that disciplic succession means presenting the message at it is.  They do not present the original message of the previous acarya as it is. They change the message, changes the practices and they claim that they follow the disciplic succession.

Srila Prabhupada, the Founder and Acarya of his ISKCON and current link in the Brahma-Madhva-Gaudiya Sampradaya, is seated and is present and visible on his Vyasasan in every ISKCON temple, so where is the ‘jumping over’ to a previous spiritual master. He is waiting to accept bonafide disciples via his ‘ritvik-representative of the Acarya system’ that was his last official order on the subject of initiations for ‘in the future when he was no longer with us’. These fools did not and still don’t understand that Prabhupada is always with us.

“One should take initiation from a bona fide spiritual master coming in the disciplic succession, who is authorized by his predecessor spiritual master. This is called diksa-vidhana.”  (S.B. 4.8.54, purport)

Jayadvaita talks of “disciplic succession” but SUCCESSION  means an PROMINENT ACARYA SUCCEEDS the former one. And there is NO PROMINENT Acarya TO SUCCEED Srila Prabhupada. So this is just Jadadvaita’s Jugglery of words.

DISCIPLIC SUCCESSION OF ACARYAS

In Bhagavad-gita, Thirteenth Chapter, it is clearly stated that one should execute devotional service and advance on the path of spiritual knowledge by accepting the acarya. Acaryopasanam: one should worship an acarya, a spiritual master who knows things as they are. THE SPIRITUAL MASTER MUST BE IN THE DISCIPLIC SUCCESSION FROM KRSNA. THE PREDECESSORS OF THE SPIRITUAL MASTER ARE HIS SPIRITUAL MASTER, HIS GRAND SPIRITUAL MASTER, HIS GREAT-GRAND SPIRITUAL MASTER AND SO ON, WHO FORM THE DISCIPLIC SUCCESSION OF ACARYAS.

It is recommended herewith that all the acaryas be given the highest respect. It is stated, gurusu nara-matih. Gurusu means “unto the acaryas,” and nara-matih means “thinking like a common man.” To think of the Vaisnavas, the devotees, as belonging to a particular caste or community, to think of the acaryas as ordinary men or to think of the Deity in the temple as being made of stone, wood or metal, is condemned. Niyamena: one should offer the greatest respect to the acaryas according to the standard regulations. A devotee should also be compassionate to the poor. This does not refer to those who are poverty-stricken materially. According to devotional vision, a man is poor if he is not in Krsna consciousness. A man may be very rich materially, but if he is not Krsna conscious, he is considered poor. On the other hand, many acaryas, such as Rupa Gosvami and Sanatana Gosvami, used to live beneath trees every night. Superficially it appeared that they were poverty-stricken, but from their writings we can understand that in spiritual life they were the richest personalities. Letter to: Dayananda, San Francisco
12 April, 1968 – 68-04-12

My Dear Dayananda,
Please accept my blessings. I thank you for your letter post-dated April 8, 1968, and noted the contents with great interest. I am so pleased to know that you are trying to understand this nice philosophy of Krsna consciousness almost new to your country. Krishna is so pleased that He has sent me so many nice boys and girls to cooperate with my mission, and I am feeling very happy for this Grace of Krishna. Here in S.F. we are trying to purchase one nice church, and the matter is in negotiation. We have offered them the price which we can afford to pay, but they are bargaining the matter, so, if need be, I may ask you for some help in this connection. I am happy that you are satisfied with your family, and continue like this, and be more and more happy with your good wife and your good God-sent child, Candramukhi. I am very much anxious to go there to Florida, because I have heard so much about this city, and because many retired men go there to settle. I am always anxious to open a center there to attract these retired men, and convince them about the utility of Krishna consciousness, but I know also that this retired class of men is very difficult to be convinced because their life-long habit is difficult to be changed. I am rather hopeful with the young boys and girls who are attached to this movement.

I am starting for N.Y. on the 17th of April, and I think I shall be engaged in N.Y. and Boston throughout the months of April and May. As desired by you I could have gone to Florida by the month of June, but I understand you are coming back to L.A. by that time. So we will think over the matter later on. But I shall be glad to know when the exact time you plan to return to L.A. You can write to me your next letter to the New York address (ISKCON, 26 Second Avenue, N.Y., N.Y.)

Regarding parampara system: there is nothing to wonder for big gaps. Just like we belong to the Brahma Sampradaya, so we accept it from Krishna to Brahma, Brahma to Narada, Narada to Vyasadeva, Vyasadeva to Madhva, and between Vyasadeva and Madhva there is a big gap. But it is sometimes said that Vyasadeva is still living, and Madhva was fortunate enough to meet him directly. In a similar way, we find in the Bhagavad-gita that the Gita was taught to the sungod, some millions of years ago, but Krishna has mentioned only three names in this parampara system—namely, Vivasvan, Manu, and Iksvaku; and so these gaps do not hamper from understanding the parampara system. We have to pick up the prominent acaryas, and follow from him. There are many branches also from the parampara system, and it is not possible to record all the branches and sub-branches in the disciplic succession. We have to pick up from the authority of the acharya in whatever sampradaya we belong to. (Letter to Dayananda)

Śamīka Ṛṣi (Srngi’s father) thus admitted from all sides that Mahārāja Parīkṣit was cursed most unjustly. Although all the brāhmaṇas were aloof from the incident, still for the childish action of a brāhmaṇa boy the whole world situation was changed. Thus Ṛṣi Śamīka, a brāhmaṇa, took responsibility for all deterioration of the good orders of the world. (SB 1.18.46 purport)

Of course that time was just the moment when Kali, the predominating Deity of the present age, was peeping to infiltrate in the worldly affairs and later on it was complete through the exigency of an upstart brahmana boy. (Aug 25 1970 letter to Bali mardana)

The inexperienced brāhmaṇa, puffed up by a little brahma-tejas, became influenced by the spell of Kali-yuga. Mahārāja Parīkṣit gave license to Kali to live in four places as mentioned hereinbefore, but by his very expert government the personality of Kali could hardly find the places allotted him. The personality of Kali-yuga, therefore, was seeking the opportunity to establish authority, and by the grace of the Lord he found a hole in the puffed-up, inexperienced son of a brāhmaṇa. The little brāhmaṇa wanted to show his prowess in destruction, and he had the audacity to punish such a great king as Mahārāja Parīkṣit. He wanted to take the place of Lord Kṛṣṇa after His departure. These are the principal signs of upstarts who want to take the place of Śrī Kṛṣṇa under the influence of the age of Kali. An upstart with a little power wants to become an incarnation of the Lord. There are many false incarnations after the departure of Lord Kṛṣṇa from the face of the globe, and they are misleading the innocent public by accepting the spiritual obedience of the general mass of people to maintain false prestige. In other words, the personality of Kali got the opportunity to reign through this son of a brāhmaṇa, Śṛṅgi.(SB 1.18.35 purport)

…Yes, this attitude of surrendering to the Spiritual Master is the best qualification of spreading this movement of Lord Caitanya. That is the Vedic way. One should have unflinching faith in Krsna and similarly in the Spiritual Master. That is the way of understanding the secret of Krsna Consciousness. Unfortunately, attempt has been made lately in our Society to shake this formula. This mischievous attempt has done a great harm, but if you the members of the Governing Body Commission can rectify this mischievous attempt, then still there is hope of making our progress uninterruptedly. I hope Krsna will help us.

There are two verses in the Canakya Sloka how a family or an institution can be glorified or burned into ashes by one person. The Canakya Pandit says that if there is one tree in the forest producing nice aromatic flower, that one tree can glorify the whole forest by the flavor of its flower. Similarly if there is one tree in whose cavity there is a little fire, that one tree can burn into ashes the whole forest. So this simile is applicable anywhere. In a family if there is one good boy, he can glorify the whole family and similarly if there is bad boy he can turn the whole family into ashes. Similarly in this institution if there is a bad disciple he can burn the whole institution into ashes. The Governing Body Commission’s duty is therefore to see that every member is following the rules and regulations and chanting sixteen round regularly on the beads. I hope the GBC in cooperation with the Sannyasis in their touring program will be able to keep vigilance systematically in order to keep the Society as pure as possible. ( I hope this will meet you in good health. Your ever well-wisher, A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami)

Some Conclusions-— So we should understand, how history repeats itself, in these pastimes from Srimad Bhagavatam, both with the Pandavas and the Kurus and then again soon later with Pariksit Maharaja being cursed by an inexperienced brahmana boy. Now in iskcon there are hundreds if not thousands of bad leaders and disciples—-all following bad leaders. Perfect summary of the SAAS [self-appointed acarya system]  and LGEP [living guru experimental project].

  1. Sudarsana Das Vanacari says:

Srila Prabhupada (Letter from Dayananda) “We have to pick up the prominent Acharyas, and follow from him”

Only Srila Prabhupada is ‘Acharya’ of ISKCON and only Srila Prabhupada is ‘prominent’. Non of these FISKCON brain damaged retards can claim either. Srila Prabhupada clearly states “and follow from him” NOT ‘follow from them!’ ‘Him’ is singular as there is only one ‘prominent Acharya’ and that can only be Srila Prabhupada (by his own order!). This is Srila Prabhupada’s instruction and as he is the prominent Acharya has the authority!
