DEAREST PRABHUPADA PLEASE COME NEAR

Dearest Prabhupada please come near
so everyone will hear both far and near
for the truth you speak makes all clear
like the sun you shine to make God appear.

For although I am so very low
I can’t excape how your love doth glow
to make me know yes you make me know
now that I’m human I must wake my soul.

And so Prabhupada again I must pray
to by me stay and never go away
because I’ve fallen so far astray
all I can do is pray and pray and pray.

Dearest Prabhupada please guide this pen
to please Krishna the soul’s Supreme Friend
so I help each soul awake and fully transcend
all that has a beginning middle and end.

The only reason we think we’re alone
is by leaving home our hearts became stone
so now we’re convinced we’re flesh blood and bone
but by thy mercy Prabhupada I must make it known.

My life really started when I prayed to Jesus
who forever is capable to fully release us
from repeated births and deaths old age and diseases
because Krishna Life’s Father Jesus always pleases.

I prayed to Jesus please answer my plea
I must know why I’m alive most definitely
please send one like you I can hear and see
then my friend showed me souls singing joyfully.

He told me they are passing out invitations
to chant God’s names for self realisation
and immediately I felt so much jubilation
I chanted and soon joined this congregation.

I remember when I first entered the door
from Prabhupada’s picture he did implore
just you live here and you’ll worry no more
I knew it was true He’s Servant of the Lord.

Dearest Prabhupada I make nothing but offenses
and so I am begging for your causeless presence
all I can do now is just beg for your blessings
for you reveal by thy presence Life’s perfection.

This is the only goal of this human form of life
approaching a self realised soul begging force open my eyes
because I have been so sinful for millions of lives
and you Prabhupada are sinless all beautiful and wise.

My eyes are closed tight with all of my might
I really know not from wrong or right
and so I am begging please give me clear sight
O most rare pure devotee shinning God’s eternal light.

Force me please force me I beg you Prabhupada
to follow you strictly and surrender to God
for I know I’m a fool I must be your sold out dog
birth after birth after birth Prabhupada.

You said you can pray like this I know
pray to Krishna to force you to surrender your soul
it all starts with praying Prabhupada force open my eyes
and make me just like you fully wise and self realised.

You are so humble I am yours forever
you have called yourself a unfortunate beggar
yet you spread the greatest fortune through your texts
because by Bhaktisidhanta you were fully blessed.

You are still here I must make it clear
and also all pure devottees we just need to hear
all their words in their books unchanged
and take full shelter of Krishna’s holy names.

Prabhupada tolerated what most could not bare
because he’s Krishna’s Servant most precious and rare
he said his godbrothers gave him nothing but distress
but despite greatest test he came here to the west.

Only by Guru and Gaura’s all powerful grace
all that souls are seeking came to this place
all I can do is pray that all of us have full faith
in Srila Prabhupada born Abhaya Charan de.

That very name’s meaning Prabhupada fully did fullfill
one who is fearlessly surrendered at Lord krishna’s Lotus feet
Prabhupada’s glories are so real it is impossible to conceal
and still he lives forever in his books that all must read.

I beg you Prabhupada please push this pen
for I’m so foolishly stubborn I don’t want to pretend
you said we follow Jesus just by reading His words
and you initiate through your books let it be heard.

Your Anubhavananda dasa falls at your feet
begging dear Prabhupada stay by me and lead
for I have to confess by Maya I am beet
so I beg you Prabhupada force me to preach.

All I am is hopelessly lost
I forgot I’m eternally das anudasa
the servant of the servant of Krishna God
I beg you Prabhupada pull the leash of this dog.

Greatest miracles took place when Thy presence was here
causing your disciples to rise above all fear
distributing Thy books both far and near
I know I was there when he left we cried much tears.

And yes it’s predicted in holy shastra
when the Jagat Guru doth disappear
the greatest tragedy happens on earth
so dearest Prabhupada stay near so very near

We shall feel Prabhupada near
the more we closely cooperate together for him
to put an end to this greatest tragedy
and loudly sing Krishna’s names so Krishna we win.

No I’m not joking, We must know its not a joke
Prabhupada said Krishna’s conquered by love
the love of every one in Krishna’s Supreme Abode
and by pleasing Prabhupada that is where we’ll go.
