The example is given in this connection: just like a green bird entering a green tree. So when the bird enters the tree, nobody can find out where is the bird because the leaves of the tree are green and the bird is also green. Nobody can trace out. But that does not mean the bird has lost its individuality. The individuality is there.
Therefore Jiva Gosvami, this merging principle, he has explained: just like a green bird enters into a green tree, it, it appears that the bird is no more existing. To the imperfect eyes. But the bird is existing. We cannot see. Both the tree and the bird being green, we see it has merged.
The bird is keeping its independence as an individual. But it appears to others, those who do not see properly, that it has merged into the tree. It has actually not merged. And because it does not merge, therefore they fall down. They again come out. That is explained in the Srimad- Bhagavatam that ye ’nye ’ravindaksa vimukta-maninah… Vimukta- maninah. They are thinking, “Now I have become one with the Supreme.”
But actually, that is a false impression. Maninah. Maninah means actually it is not fact, but he’s thinking like that. Vimukta- maninah.
Similarly, a living entity merged either in the material nature or in the spiritual nature does not give up his individuality. Real individuality is to understand oneself to be the eternal servitor of the Supreme Lord. This information is received from the mouth of Lord Caitanya. He said clearly, upon the inquiry of Sanatana Gosvami, that a living entity is the servitor of Krsna eternally. Krsna also confirms in Bhagavad-gita that the living entity is eternally His part and parcel. The part and parcel is meant to serve the whole. This is individuality. It is so even in this material existence, when the living entity apparently merges in matter. His gross body is made up of five elements, his subtle body is made of mind, intelligence, false ego and contaminated consciousness, and he has five active senses and five knowledge-acquiring senses. In this way he merges in matter. But even while merged in the twenty-four elements of matter, he can keep his individuality as the eternal servitor of the Lord. Either in the spiritual nature or in the material nature, such a servitor is to be considered a liberated soul. That is the explanation of the authorities, and it is confirmed in this verse.

Actually FALL means misdirecting the natural SERVICE of the Individual Jiva’s FREE WILL.
In the SB. 4.28.54 Purport, we read ; ” ……. However, when the living entity wants to enjoy himself, he falls down into the material world. …….. ”
When Jiva desires to enjoy oneself, the Jiva misdirects ones’ service and serve oneself instead of serving the Lord. But the Lord is always present with the Jiva despite the fact that the Jiva has forgotten about the presence of the Lord because Jiva is busy serving oneself and enjoying separately from the Lord.
From SB 4.28.54 Purport we read also ;
” The original home of the living entity and the Supreme Personality of Godhead is the spiritual world. In the spiritual world both the Lord and the living entities live together very peacefully. Since the living entity remains engaged in the service of the Lord, they both share a blissful life in the spiritual world. ”
Lord Shri Krishna says in the BG. 8.21 ; ” …. No one falls from my Supreme Abode once attained …. ”
It simply indicates that the tiny DESIRE of the Jiva’s FREE WILL can be exercise any where and any time in the Spiritual Planets of The Supreme Personality even after attaining the Supreme Abode.
Is my inference CORRECT ?
