WAKE UP YOUR LOVE – {Poem}

Wake Up Your Love

I must spread to all eternal truths
I got from our pure eternal guru
this is all we are meant to do
reveal the truth all of the proof.

Every one must turn to Srila Prabhupada
right through his books all about God
to remember the eternal love we forgot
all of our sinful activity must stop.

We are not a material body
within we’re all eternally godly
wake up is all we have to do
by surrendering to Jagat Guru.

He is the guru of the universe
greatest sages bow down to hear
in all hearts he must come first
Prabhupada to Krishna most dear.

Dear souls this world is not our home
and nobody is ever alone
we must wake up to all we’ve known
and return to Krishna’s supreme abode.

Alas dear souls we’ve fallen so far
we don’t even know just who we are
so our foremost duty in this age
is wake up by chanting God’s holy names.

For we are eternal servants of Krishna
Who resides every where and within us
we see Krishna every where when we see
our love flows to Krishna and all that be.

Awake we’re in the ocean of bliss
unable to tolerate the suffering we see
all because life’s goal all have missed
no one even knows what is humanity.

And so we preach wake up wake up
wake up your love wake up your love
and always chant Krishna’s holy names
to be in Krishna’s service always engaged.
