   Pamho agtacbsp,we are prisoners of the factor time in this relative world I mean what is gone is gone used to say Srila prabhupada but people make the past a sentence life by repeating the same mistakes and remain still attached to the fake designation. Karma is not eternal by fortune so we can come out from this lazy and double prison of tamo guna throgh past,present and future by chanting hare krsna maha mantra, agtacbsp ys haribol

   Hare krsna,is better to throw away all those tamasic pictures of the past,is not worthy to remember all the transformation and deformation in a physical form,a real lazy person don’t care about his life they are inside the wrong body ,laziness is the opposite side of spiritual greediness it’s the worse enemy in our daily chanting,exercises is good to overcome laziness,I do astanga yoga plus pranayama to fight laziness then cycle help also to stay healthy and one must not forget to drink at least two litres of water daily,that’s the key to win over laziness agtacbsp ys haribol
