Guru Kripa Rejects Srila Prabhupada’s Letter of July 9th

Guru Kripa Dasa, already fallen, has also turned his back on Srila Prabhupada’s final order, outlined in his his letter of July 9th.

Guru Kripa says, that Ritviks have no potency. He is speaking idiotic philosophy. Where in Srila Prabhupada’s teachings does it say that a conditioned soul can be a Guru like the GBC is claiming: “The Mahajanas have difficulties”. Guru Kripa never sayswho is “that perfect qualified Guru”.

Srila Prabhupada is still available as your personal spiritual master. You can accept him as your guru as per July 9th 1977 letter. Dont get confused by idiotic so called devotees, rejecting Srila Prabhupadas clear instructions.

Interviewer: What is the procedure of the movement? Do you initiate yourself all the disciples or do your other disciples also do that?

Prabhupāda: Well, initiation or no initiation, first thing is knowledge. [break] …knowledge. Initiation is formality. Just like you go to a school for knowledge, and admission is formality. That is not very important thing. (sound coming on and off, tape recorder faulty.) So our this movement is successful… On account of this movement… [break] …learned scholars and those who are inquisitive, advanced… [break]… He Maharishi Mahesh Yogi says that this is material. If you perform this meditation, transcendental meditation, you will be materially benefited. That is not spiritual meditation.

Real initiation means to follow Srila Prabhupada:

“I am the Spiritual Master of this institution, and all the members of the Society, they’re supposed to be my disciples. They follow the rules and regulations which I ask them to follow, and they are initiated by me spiritually.” Srila Prabhupada ~ (Radio interview, March 12, 1968,SanFrancisco)

“Initiation is a formality. First of all you have to decide whether you will abide by the rules and regulations and become Krsna conscious. That is your consideration. You have to decide for yourself whether you are going to take this Krsna consciousness seriously. That is your decision. Initiation is a formality. If you are serious, that is real initiation. If you have understood this Krishna philosophy and if you have decided that you will take Krishna consciousness seriously and preach the philosophy to others, that is your initiation. Śrīla Prabhupāda founded the GBC of ISKCON by the document, the Direction of Management in the year 1970, only 4 years after the incorporation of ISKCON. As stated, the GBC was intended by Śrīla Prabhupāda to be elected by the slate of Temple Presidents every 3 years. Śrīla Prabhupāda signed this order and it was counter-signed by three leading disciples. Bhagavan, Rupanuga and Karandhar. NOT ONCE was this order followed either before or after Śrīla Prabhupāda went into Samadhi. The GBC buried the order so that the rest of ISKCON would be clueless as to their rights as well as to the power limitations imposed on the GBC by Śrīla Prabhupāda. Śrīla Prabhupāda re-ordered the Direction of Management in 1974 in a letter to all Temple Presidents entitled “TOPMOST URGENCY” which is also included below. The GBC still refused to follow this order as they already at that time had their plan to take over ISKCON and divert all of ISKCON s assets to themselves.

First of all, Śrīla Prabhupāda states that He is supreme authority over the affairs of ISKCON and that GBC receives their direction from Him. This has been violated numerous times, for example with salaries being dispensed, books being changed, BBT being closed down and a fake BBTI opened in its place, etc. (BBTi – and the stolen copyrights)

Second, the instruction to be elected by the Temple Presidents has been completely ignored for the last 52 years, with the results of the GBC forming their own closed dictatorship over ISKCON, with themselves being top dictators rather than elected servants.

Third, Śrīla Prabhupāda states that the primary purpose of the GBC is to organize the opening of new temples, and to maintain the existing temples. Anyone can see that the GBC has far overstepped its powers as granted by Śrīla Prabhupāda. They have their own separate legal incorporation entitled ‘The GBC Society of West Bengal”, and from this incorporation they rule ISKCON as a dictatorship, with by laws naming them as total beneficiaries to all of ISKCONs assets.

Fourth, Śrīla Prabhupāda stipulates that all real property purchases will be made in the name of ISKCON, inc. This has not happened. Many real estate purchases have been made under other names, thus giving the buyer freedom from the limitations imposed by Śrīla Prabhupāda’s ISKCON. Inc.

ILLEGAL GBC BYLAWS GIVE GBC DICTATORIAL POWER

Fifth, Śrīla Prabhupāda states that removal of a Temple President requires the support of local temple members. The GBC has not adhered to this rule and has removed countless Temple Presidents at will.

Sixth, Śrīla Prabhupāda s intention was for there to be a BBT separate from ISKCON, that would have a half dozen lifetime appointed trustees. The GBC could not stand being elected, while the BBT was lifetime appointed. They also later pocketed the profits from the sales of Śrīla Prabhupāda’s Books.
