To answer your question early in the lecture. Yes! the discourse has plenty of volume and very clear also!
Very nice example given of Arjuna. He does not want to go on the offensive, but Lord Krishna is insisting that Arjuna uses any weapons at his disposal to chastise the miscreants! Same in our situation as the time for appealing to these FISKCON poisoners and thieves and rogues, or writing them letters is over!
Enough is enough! These incorrigible retards will be vanquished by Lord Krishna’s will, as they have done too much damage already and their venom and delusion only increase with our indifference!
