We’re hugely grateful to Palika devi dasi for sharing her story with us on this week’s podcast. In this exclusive sit-down interview, she shares her story – a childhood full of abuse at the hands of those who were meant to protect and look after her. In this, her first podcast, Palika talks openly about her experiences being gang-raped and trafficked around ISKCON as a child for sex. From the age of 3, until the age of 14, she was sexually abused multiple times by some of ISKCON’s most senior leaders.

Lecture on SB 1.13.15 — Geneva, June 4, 1974: So Vidura was Yamarāja. Not only he was Yamarāja, ordinary, but he is one of the great authorities. There are twelve authorities mentioned in the śāstra. One of them is Yamarāja. Balir vaiyāsakir vayam. This is stated in the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam. Yamarāja is one of the GBC of Kṛṣṇa. Yes. As we have got twelve GBC’s, similarly Kṛṣṇa has got GBC’s.
Now, svayambhūr nāradaḥ śambhuḥ kumāraḥ kapilo manuḥ prahlādo janako bhīṣmo balir vaiyāsakir vayam [SB 6.3.20]
That twelve men are authorized to preach Kṛṣṇa consciousness. So we have to follow. Mahājano yena gataḥ sa panthāḥ [Cc. Madhya 17.186]. Therefore we have created these GBC. So they should be very responsible men. Otherwise, they will be punished. They will be punished to become a śūdra. Although Yamarāja is a GBC, but he made a little mistake. He was punished to become a śūdra. So those who are GBC’s, they should be very, very careful to administer the business of ISKCON. Otherwise they will be punished. As the post is very great, similarly, the punishment is also very great. That is the difficulty. You can see from this example, Vidura. He was immediately punished. He did little mistake at Maṇḍūka… Because the ṛṣis, the munis, they will curse. Dealing is very… Even Yamarāja is not taking.
The title of this article is misleading and should read “My experience with ISKCON!” as it is THE POLAR OPPOSITE OF “AN EXPERIENCE” WITH KRISHNA CONSCIOUSNESS! Just like the myriad of interviews with so-called key figures in ISKCON entitled “How I came to Krishna Consciousness!” …….. Oh! you came to Krishna Consciousness did you? well that is certainly news to me!
What about “How I came to Krishna Consciousness, and left ISKCON!” That would make more sense wouldn’t it? or perhaps “How ISKCON completely destroyed my ability to remain in such a corrupt environment, so I rid myself of all that bad association!”
A true ‘Experience with Krishna Consciousness’ is the pinnacle and perfection of ones life and has nothing to do with perverts, gang rapists, pedophiles, government sponsored child traffickers, liars, thugs, government spooks, criminals, child torturers, hypocrites, demons, reprobates, fake “gurus”, murderers, usurpers, shekel hoarders, Kabbalists, Satanists, manipulation, mind control, child torture, Satanic ritual abuse, death threats, sexual assault of minors, beatings and Satanic ritual blood-letting!
I sincerely hope that this young lady advances in true Krishna consciousness after such a horrific childhood ordeal! I wouldn’t encourage her to go to India though as it is the ‘wild west’ over there, and they could quite easily get to her, as ISKCON is a criminal mafia and they can easily bribe officials.
I certainly admire her ‘sand’ all the same, but like the story of Gajendra if you are to avoid getting bitten by crocodiles best to stay out of the water as you have a better chance of victory on dry land!
